They are in the process of fixing that issue now. I do apologize the AC did not work. The front desk would have gladly moved you if our maintenance department could not have fixed your AC for you. That is something at times we cannot control when they decide to stop working.

I am sorry to know that your room was not up to standards on the forks, spoons, etc. Do to COVID-19, we are not allowed to have some items in our rooms as this time. That does include paper towels. Our management will be looking into who cleaned your unit so that we can address this with them. The nation wide outage that happened with Spectrum knocked out our WIFI system. We have offered guest to come into the lobby where the temp service is located. The new system is to go live this week with Spectrum. It is a much better upgraded system than we had before. Thank you for your recent stay with us. Yes, we do as locals for a $100 deposit. Which they do get back after an inspection of the room. We had a number of locals come to our location and cause damage. The deposit has helped bring the damage cost down. A majority of the locals understand why we had to put this in place, and it gives them an incentive to make sure their rooms are not damaged.
