While we enjoyed the time away and the unit was clean there was no communication about the amount of deposit required on booking site or on the day it was applied. Found via another app when looking at address. No one returned call within the day upon inquiry and needed to advise the bank that it was not fraud. Booked for the hot tub: it was broke and empty: no prior communication and could have had time to cancel and book a different unit once advised on response received about the inquiry. There were strict guidelines within 3 degrees on HVAC unit, this was a first and a bit discomforting. There were damages that restricted some use in the unit, immediately reported, was told repair next day, did not happen any of the three days staying. There is a high cleaning fee included high enough to be expected it’s all inclusive, but in requested process upon departure asks that we do laundry and trash. A lot of frivolous text communications on several numbers, made it a bit confusing and overwhelming to keep organized during vacation and only pertinent info handy. There are fee that you find out about once you are locked in for the booking vs ahead of time. The sites list all that’s available but not the additional costs that should be provided ahead of time to anyone searching. Will make sure to not stay in any Wonder ran units again.
