Nice place. Well restored. Clean. Employees are very attentive. Walking distance to tourist attractions. My only suggestion for management is to buy new towels.

Me cambiaron el precio de la habitación y no me trataron como miembro Gold de la categoria. Al mismo tiempo, querian cambiar me de habitación en la segunda reserva cosa que no estaba de acuerdo porque eso lo deberian de hacer ellos, al cambiarme de precio. Hotel muy lindo pero personas de la recepción muy mal atienden. Responden que no pueden hacer nada, y no ayudan en nada son muy araganes. Lastima el hotel tan bonito, para empleados tan poco colaboradores.

Sin embargo le comento que Recepción no tiene posibilidades de cambiar precios ya establecidos por esta pagina, la única razón de cobrar mas seria si llegara un integrante mas a la habitación que no estuviera registrado. Los beneficios de los socios Gold de la plataforma son mas bien de descuentos.Y la razón por la que se le quiso realizar cambio de habitación en su segunda noche fue debido a que en la primera noche usted reservo una habitación sencilla y en la segunda una habitación de lujo por lo que se le quiera respetar su compra. No se quiso causar ninguna incomodidad. Que tenga excelente inicio de semana.

Everything was great about this hotel. Staff was attentive without being overbearing. They accommodated every need that I had, including some transportation. Area is very safe during the day and the town closes fairly early, so it is very quiet. Food in the in-house restaurant was excellent and fairly priced. Bed was comfortable, room clean, good shower, and beautiful ambiance. Rooftop bar and pool gives excellent views of the town and encircling mountains.

The restaurant serve me to one of my guest enchiladas freeb with hair, if dont complaint they would charge me full price rude attitude of the staff the room 219 had good days and bad day the towel was like shedreded for a cat one day next day good towels

The hotel was well situated, was beautiful and clean and breakfast was very good. The staff were very congenial and waited up until 1am to check us in. Quiet. Lovely. Great room. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Beds ‘too large for the rooms; we have suitcases to open. Beds too soft, and with no fitted sheets they wad up under you; ugh. Foam-rubber mattress ‘uncomfortably hot to sleep on; ugh. ‘No counter space by sink, and what counter there is was at ‘height of my knee… the vessel sink was a fad that Gamma should have ignored. If not for the roof deck and pool I’d have scored 1/10.

Hay una cafetería en la habitación, pero solamente hay café complementario el primero día. Será genial tener café cada día. Sin embargo, el hotel es muy bonito y cómodo.

Un buen hotel y en general tuvimos una buena estancia, pero nada destacable el personal de la recepción atentos a medias por que ni siquiera nos ofrecieron ayuda para subir nuestro equipa o llevarnos a la habitación. Nuestro cuarto daba a la calle y en la noche si se percibe un poco de ruido, el hotel esta limpio y en buenas condiciones. La ubicación es muy centrica recomendable si lo que quieres es estar en el centro de Orizaba
