"This hotel is located in a very good location especially if you want to go to the Public Market, to Restaurants or have reservations on a cruise ship. Rooms are okay but dated. I would be just a tad leery about being around the hotel after dark as there is some drug use and homelessness very close ..."

"The hotel was great. The staff was questionable. We went down to the lobby to ask for a late check-out. The man at the desk (I wish I had gotten his name, but I was so irritated I walked away) would only speak to my husband. He asked for his email, I tried to give him mine - he said "no, I am asking ..."
