"A great location right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants and excursions. Cute beachy feel to the rooms and aesthetic of the property. Staff are friendly and helpful. Mattresses were a little firm for my husband and I but our teenage and adult kids had no problem with them. Pool was great if you wanted a break from the ocean and the coral washing on shore."

"The staff were nice Property was beautiful but a little worn out. The check in process could be better When you first get in, there is a big negative shock, you go to a small hot room to wait for the golf cart to take you down. At that point the your view is really bad and you see some very old ugly sun beds that makes you question your decision but as soon as you as you get on the golf cart and see the rest of the property you really fall in love. I think they should really work on the first impression of the property"

"What a delightful find! From the moment we stepped off our ferry we were greeted warmly and felt amazingly well looked after. The villa was wonderful. Private, comfortable, well equipped and maintained, indoors and out. Good shower, very comfortable bed, delightful outdoor space with seating, loungers and the fabulous plunge pool! The kitchen wasn't used a great deal but was more than our adequate for our purposes. The service was exceptional, from the assistance received in booking restaurants, an island tour and making changes to our ferry crossing to the cleaning staff, the little touches that make a stay wonderful. "The host was exceptional. He was so helpful in organising transport from the mainland to the island and also to the accommodation. When travelling in two groups, he ensured that everyone made the last boat across. He also helped organise snorkelling so easily. I was able to check in early without any hesitation. The place was also great. It has everything we needed included drinking water. The pool was great. It was a perfect location to be able to walk to cafes and restaurants. We did not need to hire a scooter. We would certainly recommend this stay to others."

"We stayed at NYUH Gading Hill for 2 nights and wish our stay was longer. Our room was clean, had the required essentials, shower worked well (good water pressure and temperature). We did note some ants in the bathroom on the last day, but this was quite common amongst several places we stayed in Bali so didn't think too much of it. The staff were friendly and food at the restaurant tasted good but smaller portions. The pool water was warm with nice jets and deep enough that you could actually swim. The highlight was the view (though there is some construction in the area). The hotel did not have organized taxi pick up from the port, but connected us with drivers to move around the island (it is quite pricey compared to main land Bali though!) or you can rent a scooter per day. Overall a comfortable stay and would recommend."
