Not worth the price. We tried to book extra nights and it was going to be close to $400 a night. Went to the Promenade, and got a nicer room for less thsn $200 a night and the customer service at the Promenade was far above Best Western. I also got stuck in the elevator for a short time with my daughter at Best Western. We'll definitely shop around more next time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic for access to the boardwalk and the beach. Beds were comfy. Don't expect AC since you are at the beach, but the room came equipped with a fan which was nice. The wi-fi was spotty which made working a little difficult.

Great view on ocean side but lots of foot traffic so can’t really enjoy your balcony without seeing and talking to people passing by.

Coffee bar lady on Wednesday morning was super unhelpful and not friendly at all. She seemed to dislike her job and took it out in a quiet way on guests.

We ended up with a room we didn't realize was ADA access, couldn't put our young children in the bath. We asked about switching rooms to one with a bathtub, the front desk person was not super understanding but said there was availability to switch the next day. When my husband tried the next day they said they never had any availability. It was not a bad stay, we enjoyed the pool, but for the cost we were not super impressed. We will probably stay somewhere with AC, WiFi, and continental breakfast next time and end up paying less.

Staff was top notch! Room was very clean but small, beds were comfy. Paid for an ocean view, it was a partial view that had lil wire fences between your neighbors. Not only can you hear everything, you can see it too. Not worth the price. Close to the beach, felt safe, historic Seaside, shops, restaurants, and family entertainment very close by. The staff was my favorite part. Helpful, friendly, informative, and REAL!

we were originally placed in a room we felt was unacceptable. I was very disappointed. Thankfully, we were transferred to an acceptable room after the first night. We were very happy with the amenities of our room & the entire property. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked with necessities, shower had great pressure/hot water. The location was perfect for walking the pier or perhaps wanting to eat at restaurant other than whats available at the hotel. There is also easy & quick beach access. Unfortunately, we received phone call from the front desk the morning of our last day accusing us of smoking along with a threat to be charged an outrageous fine. Neither my husband or myself are smokers & have never been. I felt disrespected & disappointed in the hotel by the way they choose to approach the situation. I did stop at the front desk on our way out to let her know. I was advised the call was made on an assumption the smell could be coming from the direction our room was located, yet there are 3 other rooms located down our same hallway. Those were strong words to use on an "assumption" Our stay up till that point was amazing. Im not sure we will return to this hotel but we are regulars to Seaside/Cannon Beach. We will be back to the area, for sure

It was amazingly close to the ocean and walkable to food and shopping. The only issue I had was that i requested the room be cleaned each night and our room was never cleaned.

Welp, seaside was my favorite place and have been coming there for over 25 years. It's so expensive now and the beaches are so dirty. First let me say the staff was very nice. The room, well, for almost $200 a night was lacking. The room was a shoe box. No coffee maker. No breakfast. Pool is small and dark. Needs an upgrade. Used to enjoy this hotel, and best western usually a safe bet. In the fence is i would stay again. Just because on the beach, didnt fit t the bill.

Absolutely love the ocean view but the balcony was very small and right next to other people so not private. The jetted tub was great and the view from the jetted tub was amazing. The screaming child right next to us at 10:00pm was not very peaceful or romantic. The loud alarm clock going off at 5am til 6:30am in the room adjoining ours was aggravating so we just decided to leave since we couldn’t sleep in anyway.

I am very pleased with my stay Best Western. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. I would definitely come back. My only complaint is the softness of the beds. I prefer beds that are a little more firm. That is just my personal preference.
