Dramatic lobby. Rooms not so spectacular but perfectly good. Decent breakfast.

Great hotel walking distance to castle, arena, dining and shopping. Nice gym/spa on 7th floor. Great breakfast included. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Family trip

We stayed few nights while visit family in the neighbourhood. Hotel is comfortable and very friendly staff. We also used their car parking under the hotel for convenience. Breakfast is plentiful, although they are struggling to keep up with cleaning tables and freeing it for the next customer. We would come back again

Saturday in Örebro

Stayed one night with family. The reception area and bar is nice. The room is good, modern and fresh. No signs of wear. I would stay here again. Location is ok, close to center, 5 min walk.

Room was dirty - full of dust and stains on the walls. Asked for and got another room, it was as dirty as the first one. Hence, it was not unlucky, just poor cleanliness on the hotels part. Also, the hotel was full of kids who was attending some football camp or something, meaning young teenagers playing pranks, constant running in the corridors and slamming doors late at night. It was hard to relax and get some rest. Finally, we opted for the breakfast takeaway-bag, it was uninspiring to say the least and lacked some human touch (for example, no spoon so we’re left eating tougher with a fork). Overall one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

Bra läge, nära till centrum och Conventum. Fick ett handikappanpassat rum 🤔. Hade gärna velat ha en toadörr som faktiskt går att stänga, lite privatliv liksom. Och varför är alltid badhandukarna så små?? Rummet var dåligt städat, sängen dåligt bäddad. Frukosten hade övrigt att önska, mycket var slut när vi kom 9.15. (Fylldes dock på efterhand) Fanns inga kokta ägg övehuvudtaget. Vid incheckning kändes tjejen jättestressad trots ingen kö. Middagen i restaurangen var god och serveringspersonalen trevliga och uppmärksamma.
