「The hotel.is in a great location. However, our room had a malfunctioning air conditioner, very old school. It was either an ice box or you had to unplug it which the room would then get hot. Our second night it went from ice cold to blowing hot air. We didnt touch it. There was no wifi in our room either. We had some work to do on the laptop but couldnt do it in our room. The management didn't want to listen and said we were wrong. They were absolutely the worst part of our stay. Will never stay...

It looked as if someone had punched a hole through the bathroom door with their fist, which did not make us feel safe. One of the shower walls was actually linoleum flooring that had buckled with use and the base of the shower had two thick mats that we refused to step on. 「Hotel pool was not operational even though on line they stated it was working. When I checked in I was told I did not have a double queen room and was told I could get two separate rooms even though I am traveling with a 10 year old and 13 year old. TV was not working. Called downstairs to get help and no one came. Went down stairs 30 minutes later and then someone followed me up. Overall I wish I could get my money back. I will not be staying at a Hampton inn again.」
