"The hotel is nice and staff very helpful. The neighborhood is really bad. Of course this is not the fault of the property. We always stay here as the locale is perfect. "

"Pool & hot tub NOT WORKING. Ceiling falling in in hallway. Luggage cart missing 1/2 the time. Rooms strained, damaged, in disrepair. TV not connected. No caffinated coffee in room for coffee maker. No tissues in bathroom. NOT as represented online! Sketchy guests, openly high, talking about drug use and hitting on /following single females around. Gross!"

"Oh yes. There is a mall on the same property just about, a store within walking distance and a restaurant. The gym and pool were closed but it was ok, they offered to cancel for free but we made the most of it!! Kids LOVED the room!! Thank y'all!!!"

"The front desk people are incredibly friendly and helpful. Shopping and food nearby. The hot water is great. Laundry at the facility is incredibly too expensive,otherwise not a bad place to get some quiet sleep."

"This is a wonderful property, especially for larger groups. We needed multiple beds for our group and they offer a room with 3 separate beds in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It is large and spacious and very close to a lot of dining and shopping. The room and common areas were all very clean and nicely furnished. I highly recommend this property! "
