The room and furniture are very old and outdated, towels disgusting and very very used Such a shame for a so called 4star facility. After 2 hours with no other choice we left and checked out as it was physically...

"This is for long term stays. There was no bedding in 2 bedroom unit. We were then provided bedding for 1 bed. We had to ask for towels and when you check out, you are responsible for cleaning the room and taking all laundry to laundry center. No restaurants close to property."

The place does not provide an alternative check-in method unless arranged before hand. We were traveling during the day without connectivity and were not able to receive their email. "The ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Bed, pillows and quilts were comfortable and the extra fleece blanket kept me warm through the winter nights without having to turn on the heaters. Shower space was a bit small, but individual hot water tank for the room gave a steady flow of hot water. Enjoyable stay overall with the basic kitchen in my queen studio."

"I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "
