「Was exactly what we was looking for... enjoyed..」

「I stay in many la Quinta hotels, and this one by far was the dirtiest. The outside and lobby look good, but the rooms are another story. There was small amounts of mold all over the room. On the curtains on the lampshades and on the shower curtain. When we first went in the room the air conditioner was off and the room was hot and humid. It happened to storm while we were there and water was leaking in above the air conditioner all over the floor I would probably rate this room a 3 or 4 stars,...

「The hotel stay was very pleasant and they provided breakfast. Great place to stay if you are in the area!」

「I booked a non refundable room based on the location. I was looking for a hotel close to where we were fishing. Once I booked the hotel and put the location in maps, the location was not as close as advertised. I immediately called the hotel and they refused to refund the room. I would have never booked the room if the location was accurate. I did not stay at the hotel even though I paid for the nights stay.」

「I wanted to stay the night to break up a long drive, and we got in late. I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied. The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold. The property did not refund my reservation...

「Clean room was ok, but there was 3 of use and there was only 2 Towel 2 hand towel and no wash rag. Staff ok breakfast did not eat there. Did not have one. But the one close to our room barked all the time」

「Breakfast was only oatmeal packets or packaged donut. There was no door on the bathroom. Sheets did not look clean. Shower head was gross」

「See why they didn’t post outside pictures, wasn’t terrible, just not appealing. Door wasn’t sealed really well so bugs would get in. Toilet seat was broken and towels looked stained.」

「Nothing worked tub was nasty shower head nasty pull back the cover on mattress an it looked like it was picked up out the trash pile I would never give my money to this place again an then it’s NO REFUND I see why!!!!!」

「The staff was exceptionally friendly and the property was very clean. While the bed linens could use an update, everything else was perfectly fine. The continental breakfast offered plenty of options, and I would definitely stay here again.」

「The main thing was the shower it wouldn’t get hot enough and the pressure was lacking too」

「Staff was very good. Property was under construction so had some messy areas. Pool was well maintained and the kids had a great time swimming. In room sofa bed was not comfortable but housekeeping brought more bedding to make it doable. Elevator were on and off due to mechanical repairs but front desk directed us to service elevator which served our needs. Service in all departments made up for other shortcomings. We would stay there again.」

「Checked in and immediately checked out. Lobby was clean and smelling well, but the rooms had a terrible strong musty smell. In spite of staff trying to accommodate me in a second room that one smelled even worst. In addition, the elevator was out of service. Unfortunately I had to cancel my stay, and go somewhere else.」
