My sister and I always stay here when we go to Disney. Usually love staying here but this time we got put on the first floor. The bed was uncomfortable and house cleaning woke us up at 8:30… they should have a system when you’re keeping knows who has checked out already.

This is about a 10 minute drive to the Mickey&friends parking structure so definitely not walkable to Disney but I did enjoy my stay here no complaints I think the only thing was, there were ants in the room but not a big deal. Loved the convenience of microwave and fridge being in the room. Room bathroom and beds were clean. I will be staying here again next time.

Staff was amazing & helpful. Wish I would have taken their names. Clean, friendly, happy place. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Will definitely be coming back. Loved the pool too!

I love my stay here, it’s very clean and updated. For an affordable price, the parking is free and free buffet breakfast too, very convenient to go to Disneyland and to the Angels baseball stadium. Definitely I will come back.

Pro - Within walking distance of the stadium and outlet malls. Con-was not informed at checkin that the breakfast only went to 9:am, in fact one of the staff directed us to the restaurant where it was at 9:15.

The person who checked us in, and really everyone we came into contact at the hotel, displayed zero hospitality. We had been in 4 cities in 5 days and the difference between how we were treated at this hotel and all of the others was dramatic. It was simply a place to lay our heads. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.

Great breakfast options. Heated pool. Friendly staff. Close proximity to Disney. Uber was approximately $11 per trip plus tip. City bus nearby that also goes to Disney. We tried the Mexico a restaurant on campus- it was delicious but pricey.

Great location if you want to be in the Anaheim/Orange/Santa Ana area. Very close to Angels Stadium and the Honda Center, not far from Disneyland, and lots of dining options nearby. Clean rooms with pretty good design, and the breakfast was good. I appreciated the noon checkout after a late night out. Also a great value for the area; a lot of places around there are more expensive and will charge you for parking. I'll be back for sure!

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and professional. The elevator did not sound in good condition, I did not feel safe in elevator. Roof was leaking in 1st floor hallway when we were checking out.

The only thing I did not like was this property is near UCI Hospital so you hear a lot of sirens. Other than that the staff is super friendly and make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

I really enjoyed staying here. I would come back. The room and property was clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast options was good. Usual hotel scrambled eggs, sausages, hash brown, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, coffee etc. The walls in the rooms do seem thin as I heard the neighbors baby cry every 3 hours at night for a feeding but overall I enjoyed the size of the room and cost.

I loved that this hotel was dog friendly with a dog friendly surrounding area. The continental breakfast was nice and the property staff were amazing. The only thing that was off was the shower pressure, as the bath pull plug wasn’t going up all the way spraying everywhere. The blankets on the bed were a bit light, pillows flat, and bed more on the firm side. Overall, a good stay for four nights.

The staff are super friendly. It's an other building but well maintained. Pool ans hot tub are clean. About 7 mins from Disneyland. We are family of 4 and we took the Uber which was only $10 per trip. Breakfast is included and the food is not bad. Free parking.

I always stay at either Ayres or ALO when coming to Orange County because they have Tesla destination charging. This time, the room I stayed has strange shower head. By strange, I mean it's too low. Just about 5ft from the bottom of the tub. It's hard to get my head wet even I'm just 5'8.

I will definitely return. Free parking, the room was roomy and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful! Area was easy to get around… suggestion is to have breakfast last until 10:00am. But. Overall I had the best experience. I have never stayed at a Ayer’s property and it did not disappoint.
