「Clean room good quality towels comfy beds. Excellent breakfast. Staff polite and very helpful. We had an issue with the noise from the hotel behind (Santana ) from the cooling tower, we asked to change room at 1.15 in the morning because we couldn’t sleep. We asked for a room at the front, the staff were so helpful with us moving rooms. We have stayed here many times, this is the first time we have had a problem which was the hotel behinds fault not the Mayflower’s.」

「Great apartment overlooking st Paul’s bay. Lift up to 4th floor. Spacious and clean. Negative points: Electricity and water not included so will be taken from your deposit. This wasn’t included on the advert when we booked so was a surprise. The owners are sorting it out though We had 4 adults and a teenager. Whilst there are 8 beds I think it would be a real squash for 8 adults. 6 adults and 2 children would be the most I would suggest. Air con is only in the bedrooms. Lounge and kitchen...

「This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. The instructions from the office were okay to get...

「I was very underwhelmed and disappointed by my stay. The Expedia listing describes this as a luxurious, relaxing hotel with Mediterranean sea views, but in reality, there are no sea views - just city views. The pool areas are small, packed, and accompanied by loud music, making it difficult to relax. One night, we were awakened at 4:00 a.m. when the fire alarm sounded three times, requiring guests to evacuate. Although we later learned it was a technical issue, there was never a formal apology...

「It is a very nice and clean hotel. The location is great! Staff never seem to be on property, which makes things difficult when you need help. We called the numbers provided for help and it said the numbers were no longer in service. Other than that, we had a great time!」
