「Kind and helpful receptionist. Free mini-bar & apples, personally I consider this is the most ideal one for me to stay in this area.」

「A wonderful place to stay. Big, clean and just awesome. The breakfast was wonderful and infection control first class! Thank you」

「Super overnight stay! This is located directly in front of the town square with parking to rear and I have no doubt that this is a popular location. Beds were comfortable, staff very friendly and rooms well presented with more than enough space. Breakfast was lovely and we would have no hesitation in staying here again. Thank you and highly recommended!」

「The location is perfect!! 5mins walk to BHF, a supermarket downstairs and plenty of restaurants and cafes within a 2mins walk. The staff are all friendly. The modern interior design is stunning! It was a pleasant experience staying in a clean and quiet room for 5 nights.」

「A little bit far away from the city and no free wifi offer. However, the staffs are so nice and the room is clean. Btw, there have a good restaurant nearby the hotel and the residents are also nice who live in this small town.」

「So on arrival I was early but greeted with a great smile. Offered to look after my luggage prior to being able to get my room. Great hotel. Short walk from Central railway and into the centre. The outside does not do it justice..Shown personally to my room as there was a problem with my room card. Room was great. Not a lot of feedback I can give really apart from every time I walked past reception I was acknowledged and greeted with a smile. This is massive for a guest. Thank You. Love...

「Horrible experience. No AC, poor customer service. Don’t believe the “good reviews”.」
