「The room was nice. One of the nicest hotel showers I’ve seen. The pool and hot tub were also great. We missed getting to breakfast but the coffee bar was nice. Fresh ground coffee from beans is a nice feature. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.」

「Key card couldn't open outside door making it hard to unload luggage. Had to drive around property to get front desk clerk to open. Found 2 live bugs on carpet. Carpet unclean due to maintenance workers.」

「The room was clean with ample space to park. The entire property is looking a little rough around the edges but I wouldn't let that stop you from staying there. You can clearly hear traffic noise but that didn't bother us. Our only issue was the Roku TV which kept trying to connect which made it impossible to watch.」

「Expedia had no idea of the room cost. There was a changed daily rate. The Expedia estimate was $333. The actual room cost was more than $600. They did not clean the room for our entire stay.」

「My only complaint was I had asked in advance if I could check in early and was told I could and when I showed up they said I still could but it was going to be $20.00 to check in 15 minutes early… I had to, but it was a little ridiculous. Next time, you should inform the guests ahead of time.」

「Recently refreshed property. Definitely get the "mom and pop" feel, in a good way. Rooms are not overly spacious, but very clean and functional. The heated outdoor pool was a plus and every staff member we ran into, ask how are stay was and if they could do anything. Short ride from the Elroy/Sparta trail and 10min walk to many food/drink choices. Will stay here again on our next trip to Sparta.」

「The Midway Motel does need some refurbishing and It appears that it is happening slowly. The room was very clean, no complaints there. The Television didn't work and the manager was out of town for the day so nobody could come to fix it. Same thing the next day. When the manager returned, he was at my door ASAP. He was terrific. He was far more savy than I would every be but needed to contaonding to the Remote. So although two days without TV it was fixed.」

「Had to ask for clean linen because the bedding looked dirty and not changed. Pool area was down. So no pool, no hot tub. Wasn’t aware as they never told us. Breakfast they offer is a joke. Everytime I went down they had 2-3 packages of plain oatmeal, barely any milk or cereal and a half loaf of bread that sat there for almost the 2 weeks I had stayed here in total. 「filthy, puke all over a garbage can in the pool area. been there for days. day three actually found a garbage can Thet wasn't full. breakfast area was a disaster, coffee, no cups, waffles, no forks, juice cups, no juice, garbage cans full of leftovers and waffle mix dried all over the place.
