"Oteli rezervasyon ederken oda kahvaltı olarak ettim ama kahvaltı olmadığını söylediler. Dışarda bir kahvaltı iki kişi 1000 tl. Odada yatak temizdi ama yerler kirliydi. Odadaki sandalye kırıktı.
