The small banglows made a nice change, the beach although public was nice, quiet and only really used by customers in the resort. Shame they charge for parking!! Food was good. Need more facilities to keep the kids amused!l, given there is no pool, the outdoor play area needs restoration works. Shower worked well and comfortable beds.

When every meal is a nightmare

If it is enough to you to enjoy three All Inclusive meals per day that are completely tasteless, awful looking and cold (when expected warm), this is a place to you. It is absolutely astonishing how this kitchen can spoil food like they do. Boiled meat!!! And chicken they call when it truly is years old hen, just to mention some. At breakfast you can have bacon and fried eggs that are cold. The whole kitchen staff needs to be updated. However, this all is balanced by personnel who doesn't understand the meaning of smile and friendliness. This tall big guy, he seemed to be restaurant manager who mainly was spending his time hanging around bar desk and smoking outside. The only positive person we met was the cleaner lady who wished good morning, smiled and laughed. Older lay who deserved thanks through this channel. We really hope that this nice located hotel can and will make the necessary changes for the coming season. We will never meet again, sorry but you left us something to remember.

Nicht das gebuchte Bungalow erhalten. Essen ist immer das gleiche. Nicht gewürzt und wir Tage lang hingestellt bis es weg ist. Habe am 3 Tag schon Magenprobleme bekommen. Das Bungalow 524 ist renoviert und nett eingerichtet vlt für 3 Personen zu klein zu zweit ist es ideal hat aber keine Terrasse wie ich gebucht habe. Das Meer ist wunderbar. ( Man(n) braucht Badeschuhe) Für das was man bezahlt hat das Bungalow und Natur/Meer ein Top Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis. Das Essen ist eher mehr als Unterdurchschnittlich.

Man muss wirklich sagen ein tolles hotel für Familien mit Kindern. Große Speisen Auswahl selbst bedienen Buffet, Getränke Automaten, Süßigkeiten alles was man braucht, frisch und lecker. Ganzes Unterkunft liegt am Strand mit kristallklar wasser praktisch im Kiefer Wald überflutet mit Vogelgesang. Ein tolles Platz für Entspannung und Genießen.

Chambre qui date des annees 70 clim qui fait un bruit terrible impossible de dormir si on la laisse allumee personnel pas tres agreable mais surtout nourriture vraiment pas de gamme aucun choix pas de fruit ni produit laitier et surtout pas assez de nourriture pour tout le monde !!! Decevant heureusement que l emplacement de l hotel est bien mais ca n excuse pas tout

Wir hatten einen Bungalow, welcher sehr schön im Pinienwald gelegen war. Der Bungalow war geräumig aber man sah ihm die vielen Jahre an. Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack viel zu hart (Geschmacksache), das Bad klein und halt " alt", die Fenster und Türen machen keinen sicheren Eindruck (aber wir fühlten uns keineswegs unsicher dort). Sollte man selbst etwas zubereiten wollen, ist das mehr ein Abenteuer. Nur das allernötigste und in keinem guten Zustand. Sehr gut, die Bungalows haben eine regelbare Klimaanlage. Die Essenszeiten sind sehr großzügig, das Personal sehr nett. Am Buffet gab es mitunter keine Gläser oder Besteck mehr, welches aber wohl mehr an den Gästen liegt, die sich für jeden Essensgang neues Besteck holen. Schon schlimm zu sehen, wie sich manche den Teller vollmachen als gäbe es kein Morgen...und dann die Hälfte liegen lassen, aber das hat ja nichts mit dem Hotel zu tuen. Alles in Allem hat uns der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen, prima Lage, ruhig,nettes Personal. Wer gehobene Ansprüche hat, sollte sich etwas anderes suchen.

booked sagitta a few weeks in advance. My travel partner and myself both remember seeing pool photographs when viewing the gallery. There is NO POOL. After looking for the pool using the hotels map I only found an empty pool which is fenced off. It goes with a large villa that is rented off by Sagitta. Very disappointed, I asked reception about this and was informed the photo has now been removed ! ! Very misleading. They then ask for payment for use of sunbeds on the pebble beach - cheek.

Urlaub, August 2019 mit Familie - absolut 👍

Die vorhergehenden so negativen Bewertungen haben uns ziemlich Angst gemacht. Wir sind als Familie gereist und haben sowohl ein Bungalow als auch die zwei großen ein Doppelzimmer im Hotel direkt gebucht. Unser Bungalow war schon etwas alt, es ist allerdings absolut funktional und in Ordnung zum duschen und übernachten. Die Doppelzimmer sind direkt am Meer mit wunderschönen Blick und ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Beim Essen bin ich tatsächlich erstaunt über die schlechten Bewertungen. Wir waren 10 Tage insgesamt und haben mittags und abends wechselnde Gerichte und jede Menge an Auswahl gehabt und Wiederholung der Gerichte am 8 Tag. Also meckern ist hier tatsächlich auf hohem Niveau nur möglich... vor allem Preis / Leistung betrachtend. Getränke könnte man tatsächlich etwas verbessern, zumindest die Mischung der Sirupe- aber dass Sirupe verwendet werden in solchen Anlagen ist überall auf der Welt üblich und wieder sage ich Preis/ Leistung! Wir sind absolut zufrieden von Service bis Hygiene bis zum Essen und Animation ... wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder...

Personal Teielweise unfreundlich, keine Strandbar, versteckte Kosten ( Turisten Gebühren) , Kein Hotel Pohl ( der auf den bildern ist ein Privater Pohl), Baulärm um 9 Uhr morgens, sehr weit weg vom Flughafen, Essen schmeckt aber nicht immer ein Vegetarisches Gericht dabei, 23:00 Uhr macht da alles zu man bekommt nichts mehr zum Trinken, Frühstück ist gut.

Super wakacje

Hotel położony malowniczo, dużo miejsca na plaży położonej bezpośrednio koło hotelu, obsługa, jedzenie bez zarzutu. Jedyny minus to pokoje położone najniżej bez balkonów, których nie polecam. Brakowało mi przy rezerwowaniu informacji o tym, które pokoje są z balkonami, a które bez - była tylko informacja, że pokoje są z widokiem na morze. Generalnie bardzo pozytywne wrażenia, hotel ma nawet animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych. Jest to miejsce gdzie mógłbym pojechać ponownie, a nie mam w zwyczaju tak robić - staram się zobaczyć nowe miejsca.
