Food still in the fridge and its unplugged!!! Can't read the heater/AC Unit because it's old need upgrades. Bed sucks. My list Can' go on I'd ask for a refund if I'd get it I pray I don't take bed bugs home tomorrow. I did stay here about 4/5 months back Figured I'd try again but all the TV'S are still broken the lady at front desk said I think you got the 1 room with working TV. Well it turns on but has a 6" black line down the middle. FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE PEOPLE. Sorry.

I reserved 8 rooms. One of the rooms didn't have a working tv. An air raid siren went off at 10:30 at night, like you were in a zombie apocalypse movie. One of the rooms had hotdogs in the microwave when we checked in. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot at about 8 o'clock at night openly.

The check in was awful. It was 7pm and the receptionist was unwelcoming and unfriendly. She clearly didn’t want to be there. The rest of the stay was fine. The room was clean and as advertised. The check out was fine. The 8 am receptionist was lovely.

1st room TV had big black stripe not working, and jacuzzi tub didnt work. 2nd room door wouldn't secure, jucuzzi tub didnt work and very low water pressure. Office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking lot by first room had huge snow burm blocking parking area, the rest of the lot was clear of snow. Theyre pet friendly, but no place for pets or service animals to do their business. But cant beat the price for the area. Walking distance to most of downtown area.

There was a large gap between the bottom of the door and the sill. The road noise was loud. I stuffed t he gap with a towel. The tv didn't work. Staff said that's why there was a discount on the site.

There was mold in the bathroom. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable. TV did not work. Holes in the walls. Worst place i have ever stayed in.

Central location. Several excellent dining options a short walk away. No real pet area. Vacant lot out back was filthy and seemed unsafe especially after dark.

Check in time was 2:00 p.m. . We got there at 3:00 p.m. and still the room wasn't available. They told us to come back in an hour. When we got to the room it was a dump. Bed had terrible squeaky springs. Black mold was on the wall. Curtain rods were bent. Electric outlet had no cover plates. Room smelled of Lysol. So bad we turned in our keys and left because the place was too horrible to stay in. Manager refused to give a refund.

Disappointed by this place, encountered some bad guests before check-in, room was OK, but door condition was poor, broken security bar and door handle lock gave no security confidence, ground floor door seal was poor so early morning 5:30am Diesel truck noise and fumes entered the room, TV had a fault, black bar down screen, breakfast option was a bit limited, OK if you like Biscuits and Gravy, Bathroom and shower facilities were fine, liked the recycled Blue cloth story, nice concept. Short walk to some great food and drink places. Decided to check out next morning and not stay another night, didn't feel safe enough and couldn't sleep past 5:30am. Disappointed, some TLC and moving the bed away from the door could help resolve these issues.

No bed bugs in my room which is nice. When I got to hotel, there was diarrhea in the toilet and on the seat. I had to clean it myself. No I didn’t inform staff. Not worth the hassle. Shower wasn’t cleaned. There was black streaks of dirt on the walls of shower. Rooms are small but that’s ok. Floors turned my feet black almost instantly. I walked from shower to the front door and my feet were disgusting. My husband had to get a mop and mop the room. Bed and A/C was nice. Staff was very friendly. I just ask that even though this place is a cheap stay, do better. Cleaning is important and likely, I would rather pay more to stay at the Omak Inn where I know it will be clean. Thanks!

Razoável, poderia melhorar

Hospedagem razoável. Nosso banheiro estava bem sujo. Com muito cabelo na pia e teias de aranha no teto e iluminação. A cama era aceitável e parecia limpa. As toalhas de banho estavam bem manchadas.
