The breakfast ladies really took pride in their work. Made sure breakfast was delish and sparkling clean all three mornings. Always greeting guests with a smile. The rooms were clean and always plenty of towels. The pool is a bit small but VERY clean. Would def stay again without a doubt.

Property was clean, breakfast above average for this tier of hotel, beds and bedding comfortable, and desk staff was pleasant for check in. However we departed after one night to another hotel so we could actually sleep. People one floor above us apparently were chasing each other around the room. So much noise it could be heard in the breakfast area. Lodging complaints to staff ineffective, as I was told we should expect noise because they had many children at the hotel. Ummm - NO !! The kids were not the problem, and this racket was far beyond acceptable. I average about 6 nights a month in hotels. This is my one and only experience having to depart to another hotel because of other guests behavior.

I’ve stayed in many hotels and Shay had the most utmost customer service in any hotel I’ve been in. The cleaning staff was amazing. I have already recommended this hotel and they stood a night. I’m part of an organization that has many members and I’ve already recommended the hotel as a stay for when they visit Nebraska. Again Shay was amazing.

This was an excellent hotel. The entire property was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time staying here at the Holiday Inn Express in Bellevue, NE, we love the place, very clean, beds are comfortable. The staff are very friendly & helpful. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. ❤️

Had very rude guests above us that fought all night. It was on and off from 3-430 in the morning when they finally came downstairs and were fighting in our hallway. Front desk was very quick to respond but dis not offer me any sort of discount for the stay

New regular stay
Wonderful stay from start to finish. Pool was larger than most indoor pools, buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious. Cookies, coffee, fresh water and board games were available in the lobby. The beds were so comfortable and room was quiet. I travel to Papillion monthly to see my granddaughter and this will now be my regular spot. Staff were kind, friendly and attentive.

Pleasant experience
I've visited this hotel about 3-4 times over the years and keep returning to it. The service is great, the food is good, and the whole experience was pleasant. I will stay with them again on a future trip.

Everything was great. Nice staff, clean and updated rooms, front area etc. the only negative was they had us in a room right next to their kitchen/breakfast area so starting at 3:30 am there was banging, pounding, and tons of noise easily heard in our room. I could not sleep. Avoid room 130.

Pretty bad.
Had just stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in Springfield the night before. What a difference. From Service to cleanliness. I had to ask 3 times for someone to just come make the beds and take out trash before they came and the trash was still in the room.

Hello Orel, Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to hear that your room was not cleaned during your stay. As you are aware, travel looks a little different than it did a few years ago. Most hotel chains are currently offering housekeeping only on a request basis due to social distancing in an attempt to mitigate any risk to both staff and guests. I am disappointed to hear that your request for housekeeping was not properly documented so that our housekeeping team could accommodate your request. I will definitely be looking into our procedures at our front desk to ensure requests of this nature are being communicated properly. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns with us. We hope you will give us another chance should your travels bring you back to Bellevue.

This place was pretty good. There were a few things I did not like the room had food on the floor when I checked in as well as trash under the bed. The place was in good condition and the staff was very nice. Nice pool and hot tube and the work out room was nice and clean. I would say here again.
