"Stay was great as usual. Room clean, staff friendly, very good breakfast just wish they would have hot chocolate. I am not a coffee drinker. They always accommedate me on my request of rooms. So glad of that because it helps me to have a better stay."

Hotel Grand Victorian

Hotel Grand Victorian

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is in a perfect location next to outlets. The breakfast is the BEST! Have had rubbery eggs in some locations with sausage that is full of mystery meat. We always stay at this hotel because the staff is so courteous and helpful. They care that you are staying with them. On another note, the hotel is beautiful which makes the stay even more pleasant. The premises is clean as is their outdoor pool. The workout room is clean and has the necessary equipment for a short workout. We plan on returning to Branson and staying at this hotel."

8/10 Good
"The ladies at the check in counter and gift /ticket shop were very friendly and helpful. They made up for the young lady that worked the breakfast buffet because of her we only ate the free breakfast one day and chose not to eat there the rest of our stay. But the rest of the staff was very friendly and we definitely will come back to this inn again. Thank you Brian Hatsfelt"
