"Stayed two nights. Didnt have hot water. Was fixed the next day. The staff that fixed it was really nice, even checked later to make sure we had hot water. Felt the staff at front desk wasnt all that concern. "

"Clean facility. Great breakfast. They provide water bottles, which is a game changer. The pool and hot tub were great as well. Kid friendly, and adult swim hours. Staff was kind and courteous. Vacations with kids can be sifficult territory, this place made it that much easier. "

"Room was clean, great for my family. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking near our room. No kitchen, but there was a microwave and fridge available."

"The setting was beautiful, but I expected more. We stayed in the old lodge part. We had to carry heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs (no assistance was offered), it was very noisy and the room was cramped and awkward. We were looking forward to having a bar and restaurant on site as advertised, but the restaurant was closed for remodeling and the bar was more of a window where you could order drinks and then take them somewhere else to drink. We did enjoy the view sitting outside. Luckily, it was nice weather and the lakefront area is very nice. "

"Such a great place! It’s in a great location for exploring the different areas of the Olympic National Park. It was very clean and nice to have a little kitchen (has everything except for an oven). The front porch was also nice to have. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Quick check in. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Construction going on in other rooms but it was done quietly. So close to stores as well. Definitely would stay again. "
