Aside from the sounds from I-5, our stay was relatively quiet. The room was clean upon arrival. The only thing that would have deterred me from my stay was the stale smell of maybe water damage? I couldn’t really tell where it was coming from as it seemed to have permeated the room (which later, we realized the mini fridge was leaking from behind- so that could have been the culprit). I was able to air out the and used a plug-in air freshener. Overall the front staff was welcoming and it was a good stay for the price.

The room was clean and the bed was ok. The water in the shower was cold at 9am. I could barely take a shower for longer than 30 seconds.

The room is nice and clean. Furnitures are not new and perfect. In my room 258, there are drill holes on the table. There are red smudges in the bathroom stand-up shower wall.

I love the morning staff here. The people are positive and helpful. I've had a rough time dealing with the night staff. I've stayed here a couple of times now. You get what you pay for, however if you can front the deposit and extra 40$ you can have multiple amenities that are not available here. There is no hair dryer, no coffee unless you make it in the front office by 7:00 am and the rooms are not the most cleanest unless you don't mind the walls, floors and showers being wiped down. This is a management problem, not staffing. Again, you get what you pay for. Regardless of the multiple of people who live at this location monthly, it's easy to use if you are in a pinch. Front staff will also price match. Suggestions... paint and deep clean your rooms. I had to clean out the vent in order to have it distribute air.

Stayed in a non smoking room. Day two, the entire room smelled of smoke and I had to check out early and find another place to stay. Was not offered a refund. Area did not feel safe. Room had splatter on walls and mirror. Was placed in a room on the back side of building facing loud freeway. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe and it would have been reasonable to be placed in a street facing unit. I liked the convenience to freeway and dining.

The staff are the best part of this property. Billy, Brian, Jen, John and Mike are nothing short of awesome. They are a fantastic team and go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable for you as possible. The property is dated but I believe improvements are being made one room at a time. The clientele can be shady at times but has really improved over the last few months for the most part. Overall it's the cheapest place in town and they allow pets with no hassle so it's my go to place hands down.

The check in clerk was friendly and efficient. However, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. I Ieft the door open for an hour but it still smelled bad. The heater/air conditioner was not functioning well. After 20 minutes it got very loud and noisy... I called the check in clerk and he transferred me to another room that dd not smell and the heat unit was quiet. Excellent customer service! There were street people milling around out front by the street, I quickly went into my room.

First room was deficient (tv & phone didn’t work), but the guy at the front desk was very accommodating to move me to a second room (brought me the key card & checked out the second room to ensure everything worked properly). 👍👍

Room smelled. WiFi is extremely slow and doesn’t work most of the time. If you walk in room barefoot your feet will be black from the filthy floor.

Never again.
If you're going through a rough time in life, stay here. Pretty sure this place would be rock bottom and give you the motivation to get your life together so you never have to stay here again. This place is BEAT UP. The freeway is so close and loud its almost like you're sleeping ON it. Everything is dirty and dingy. Its possible that incaught hepatitis when inopened the door. The front desk clerk gave someone else a key to my room and they walked in while i was getting dressed. Im not sure i really have anything good to say, except maybe its affordable.
