「Comfort Inn Scherville was advertising as being operable when they weren’t. They were without power! I booked two nights (8/12-14) online due to tornadoes in my area and being without power for days. When I arrived, Comfort Inn had no power. There were two staff ppl there that I spoke with confirming they would cancel the reservation, even took down my name. Received an email on 8/13 stating they won’t be issuing a refund. Money hungry and super neglectful location! Patronize at your own...

「We got there and the staff was very nice and friendly , we checked in , went to our room , the room was clean, bed was comfy, room was spacious it was nice, but it was a sauna in there, we were there about an hour and half before we had to leave for a concert, in that hour and half a maintenance crew came in and exchanged the air conditioner, it wasn't working , we should expect a cold room and air conditioner working properly by the take we return ..we got back around 11pm and the air...

「The room was spacious and clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was free and nice spread with many different options. Kerig coffee makers in room nice touch! The staff was friendly. Only wished was more directive that parking is in back and how to get to it. On front is street side and no parking. I wish they would send u email/text saying parking entrance in back. Me and my family would stay there again!!」
