Personeel beleefd , ontbijt op zondag vrij laat . Gastheer had zich overslapen . Tweede dag was er zelfs niemand aanwezig . Ontbijt stond klaar . Geen extra broodjes . Denk dat gastheer door de sneeuw vroegtijdig weg moest . Kamers proper maar beetje verouderd. Maar om weekendje skiën moet dat niet meer zijn

Mir wurde telefonisch abgesagt, nachdem ich weder per Telefon noch Handy oder mail Kontakt aufnehmen konnte. Habe mit Hotels.com kommuniziert, dann erhielt ich kurz vor dem Hotel einen Anruf, bei dem mir gesagt wurde, das Hotel sei nicht gut, es gäbe keine Sauna trotz Info auf Hotels com und homepage und ich könne wegbleiben. Expedia würde informiert, dass zurückgebucht wird. Jetzt will der Hotelier sein Geld und Hotels.com weiss von nichts, trotz anderer Zusage.

Positiv: Umgebung sehr schön, nicht weit nach Willingen, ruhig gelegen, günstig, netter Gastgeber, gutes Kissen und Bettdecke Negativ: Ausstattung alt/verwohnt, Matratze durchgelegen, Bad riecht extrem muffig (Tür musste geschlossen bleiben) Lüftung?, Klospülung betätigt und im Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer gluckert es und macht komische Geräusche, Dusche extrem eklig (Abfluss und Fugen total verdreckt, fremde Haare,…), Handtücher frisch gewaschen und trotzdem muffig (Hände rochen nach dem abtrocknen unangenehm)

Wir kamen im Hotel an und waren entsetzt. So ein heruntergekommenes, dreckiges Hotel haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir haben uns auf das Bett gesetzt und es ist beinahe zusammengebrochen, die Matratzen waren extrem durchgelesen, das Zimmer roch muffig und im Bad roch es nach Urin. Das TV Regal hing nur noch halb an der Wand und wurde mit einem Stuhl notdürftig gestützt. Weder TV noch W-LAN funktionierten. Der Abfluss der Dusche war voller Haare und der Duschkopf weiß vor Kalk. Es war einfach nur ekelhaft. Wir haben vergeblich versucht den Betreiber zu kontaktieren. Daher sind wir noch am selben Tag in ein anderes Hotel gefahren. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Die guten Bewertungen kann. Ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen.

Ich suchte eine einfache Unterkunft zum Schlafen nach einer Radtour. Diese Unterkunft hat alle meine Bedürfnisse gut erfüllt. Mein Fahrrad ließ sich sicher verfahren und ich hatte ein sauberes Zimmer mit einem neuen Bad und ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Ebenso wurden meine früheren Abreise und die telefonische Reservierung problemlos umgesetzt. Ein sympathischer Betreiber des Hotels rundete das Bild ab. Danke für die gute Unterbringung. Einfaches, aber natürlich sauberes Zimmer, Leider ohne TV. Für 2 Nächte zu empfehlen. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Frühstück habe ich als Lunchpaket bekommen.

Alt aber oho

Einfaches Hotel mit alter aber zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Super Bett in dem wir hervorragend geschlafen haben. Einfaches aber für uns mehr als ausreichendes Frühstück mit leckeren Brötchen von Bäcker und keine Aufbackbrötchen wie man die in vielen zig Sterne Hotels bekommt. Das ganze Hotel ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen aber das war uns vorher bewusst und auch nicht wichtig. Was wir nicht wussten war das wir dort von wundervollen Menschen versorgt und umsorgt wurden. Vielen Dank an Norman und Kerstin für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Ihr habt den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Euch. Hoffentlich sehen wir uns wieder

Een aanrader! Prijs ten opzichte van de kwaliteit is uitstekend Prima hotel met ontzettend gastvrije en behulpzame eigenaren. Ze doen er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken.
