Not as wonderful as we remembered
We did not realize we were given a handicapped room due to the price we had paid. Had we known that we definitely would’ve wanted to add a break. There was no trough space, and the shower water splashed all over the floor because there were no shower doors. It was very dangerous to walk after a shower. Also, in order to use the washroom, the hallway light always went on, he went in the middle of the night, the light went on into the bedroom. Most of the staff was very nice, one of the women behind the desk gave us much incorrect information and was not helpful. We almost missed the tram at the train station because of the incorrect information she gave us . The breakfast buffet was very good, however. The air conditioning, adequate, but not understanding.

The only difference is in the bathroom which is adjusted for people with special needs. We discussed the possibility of moving you to another room at the front desk as we had other vacant standard room but you refused moving to another room. Great hotel!
I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it is always very nice and pleasant. Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff. It’s near a tram. If you want to use public transportation it’s very easy also walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Hotel was in close proximity to the clity center. No restaurant or bar available in evenings. Restaurant available only for breakfasts, closed later in the day with no info why. Cleaners walking in to the room wothout knocking or warning.

Great location
Spacious room with lots of wardrobes, clean, breakfast was fine. 24hr Parking next to hotel. Minutes walk to the Old Town. And good restaurants even closer (check out the Drapal)

Had a bit of a mix up at check in, they had mixed us up with another family from the UK. All went smoothly after that. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, if you went after 9am the hot food was not replenished and the choice was poor. We have stayed at this hotel before and the breakfast was the same then. However we love everything else about it and will certainly return. Fantastic location for the city and site seeing.

Overnight in Olomouc
Very large room with high ceilings, in good condition. Hotel in a good area only a short walk to the centre of the Old Town. Good welcome. Breakfast average. Recommended.

A modernised hotel close to the tourist centre
The hotel is in a great spot - about one block from the entrance to the old town. Very close by to parks, nice walks and a variety of bars and restaurants. The surrounding streets have some classic old buildings and the hotel occupies one of them, but is fully renovated and modernised inside. The staff were efficient and spoke English well. The room was large, and has a small bar fridge / mini bar.

A high quality hotel.
There are a couple of other 4 star hotels in Olomouc, but the location, classic style of the building, quality of room furnishing and the excellent breakfast make it the best one .

Overall a good stay. Very central location and helpful staff. Spacious rooms as well. Small complaint but there was a towel with possible blood stains on it. Would still recommend it for it's location and service.

Nice hotel to stay in Olomouc
The Theresian Hotel was very nice and has large rooms that are well furnished. We really enjoyed our stay here. The air conditioning worked well and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was average and the wifi a bit unreliable. The location is also great. It is on a quiet street just a five-minute walk from the main square.
