Brist på vatten inne i stugan och helt avsaknad toalett i direkt närhet till stuga drar tyvärr ner betyget en del. Sängarna lite hårda, väldigt varmt i stugan så fort man inte vistades i den. Dålig ventilation.

Trevligt läge, men behöver en uppdatering

Trevligt läge vid sjön Halen. Stugan behöver en rejäl uppdatering, ganska så slitet och tråkig. Värmeplattor tog lång tid att värma upp. Servis ett ihopplock av diverse saker. Slitna möbler. Sängarna var sköna. Långt att gå till servicecenter(toalett,dusch) annars var det bra och rent. Grönområden ner mot stranden behöver städas, mycket skräp och hundbajs.

Bra boende med dåliga sängmadrasser

Stugan var mysig och det fanna kyl och frys. Servicebyggnad med toaletter och duschar var superfräsct. Sängarna/madrasserna var under all kritik. Hårda och välanvända så man sjönk ner med rumpan i ett hål. Tog en madrass till från en annan säng så jag låg med dubbla men nej det var allt annat än skönt då man sjönk ner i madrassen ändå. Fick väldigt dålig sömn pga detta och väldigt ont i ländryggen. Så jag hoppas att madrasserna byts ut till nästa gång. Och rinnande vatten istället för dunk i diskhon hade varit guld värt!

Besviken!!!

Jag tycker nästan att det här var ett bedrägeri. I bilden som lockade oss till denna camping var en fin stuga men då vi kom fram var vår besvikelse mycket stor. Det var ett rum i ett vandrarhem och så var inte avtalat.

Uppdatering

Vistelsen var mycket bra. Blev tyvärr fel i bokningen ,vi trodde att vi bokat en stuga men det blev på vandrarhemmet, så det blir lätt misstag i hotells app.Således behövs appen uppdateras.Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående o trevliga,så situationen löste sig till det bästa.

Big disappointment!

There are two reasons for this extremely negative review. (1) We booked a small room with 4 beds and a shared bathroom. Among the +35 pictures, only 1 picture showed this type of room - and only from inside. All others showed cabins - small and big, from outside and inside. Our "cabin" turned out to be a room - next to about 30 others - in a barrack-type housing complex, not closely resembling any of the pictures on Hotels.com. When I made the lady at the reception aware, she insisted that I should have paid more attention to the small letters, when I made the booking. But she admitted that many people come with that complaint. Well, maybe it's because you are promoting these rooms on Hotels.com in a grossly misleading way?? (2) The linen in the room had holes in it and was not cleaned (with hairs and dead insects on it). When we made the reception aware of this, they gave us the key to another room - where we found the same situation. In the end, we refused to stay in this dirty and unpleasant room and - instead - set up our tent on the campsite, in spite of our late arrival time (which is why we had wanted a cabin). The campsite is lovely (located next to a beautiful lake), with a very clean washroom. But having paid almost 80 eur (not refundable) for an uncleaned room in a barrack left a very negative impression.

Väldigt fint att bada, roligt för barnen med trampolin. Stugan var bra och fräsch, fanns allt som man behövde för några dagars vistelse. Sköna sängar! Vi kommer tillbaka

Bra stuga med fint läge. Dock var köksutrustningen väldigt spartansk och av dålig kvalitet. Stället hade vunnit mycket på att ha lite bättre köksutrustning. Även lite mer inredning hade varit bra: en avfallshink i badrummet, nattygsbord och någon mer avställningsyta i vardagsrummet.

Vacker omgivning, mindre bra boende!

Bodde på vandrarhemmet som inte var särskilt fräscht! Luktade unkit. Golvlistorna i vårt rum var väldigt smutsiga. Hela vandrarhemmet behöver ett omtag i form av bla.nya möbler och målarfärg.. Var definitivt inte värt pengarna vi betalade. Omgivningen däremot var helt fantastiskt!

Campingen ligger fint i naturen vid en sjö. Det var ok med övernattningen på vandrarhemmet som var rent men luktade instängt. Blev bättre då vi vädrade. Vi blev besvikna att minigolf ej fanns .

Bäddsoffan är riktigt kass att sova i. Känner fjädrarna trots man lägger på massa extra täcken. Men övrigt så är stugorna kanon! 😃 samt nybyggd reception och butik med vänlig personal.
