The grounds are lovely and the room was nice. However, after using the pull out couch for two nights I discovered a huge urine stain on the mattress. I informed the reception desk but they didn’t seem concerned.

I did not stay and asked for a refund. The computers were down and they were no able to assign a room. A customer on line in front of me said he was in his room and the hotel gave keys to his room to another customer who walked in on him.

They’re trying. I’d suggest a refresh. I also didn’t get the breakfast because it requires a ticket that I wasn’t furnished. It was just me but I had to pay for two meals that I didn’t receive because of their error (I ran out of time waiting for the situation to be corrected). It’s a shame because ...
