"The price of the hotel stay did not meet our expectations for the quality provided. For what we paid, we anticipated a better room and a more welcoming atmosphere. We also noticed that the cleaning staff were not very friendly and did not attend to basic housekeeping tasks such as making the beds or refilling soaps. The condition of the bed even appeared as though it had been previously used, Due to the lack of attention to detail and the overall unwelcoming attitude, only minimal cash tips were given."

"The person at the front desk was very unhelpful. I had to get a manager involved who had the issue resolved in 309 minutes. This was NOT a manager needed situation shew was lazy and unhelpful. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay. I suggest you replace her she should NOT be the face of your business. There is no place for laziness or lack o0f effort. I booked a Premium room I expect and deserve more for $300 plus a night."

"Tuvimos la habitación con dos cuartos conectados, éramos un grupo de 6 y fue excelente. El cuarto limpio, la atención buena y en general una gran experiencia. Excelente relación precio/ calidad. We stayed in the room with two connecting rooms—we were a group of six, and it was excellent. The room was clean, the service was good, and overall, it was a great experience. Excellent value for money."
