Have stayed there before for a works event, I felt the hotel has gone down hill, bit scruffy in places, bathroom floor dirty, they didn't offer room service the night I stayed, no changing of beds if you are staying less than 3 nights (although you could request), I did find this odd. Swale Corner
No issues with the stay, complimentary butter, Jam and milk in the fridge. Along with sugar, tea, coffee and biscuits. Even had washing powder.
