「especially clean and quiet with great service!」

「The ground floor room was clean except for an awful pet (dog) smell. I was told it was not a pet room but the smell of dog urine was overwhelming. They could not accommodate moving us to another room. They had housekeeping spray the room which helped somewhat but soon wore off. They did not make up our room after the 2nd night, so we had to get towels from reception. The reception staff were polite and tried to help. 「Staff was very nice but there was a huge noisy group of people there that took over the entire lobby and pool. They were drinking and leaving trash everywhere. None of the other guests could enjoy the amenities because they had completely taken over and the staff was not regulating the situation.」
