「We stayed in late April 2026 (two couples). The description of this property: Location, location, location!! We were in the heart of the old city--it was fantastic! Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. While the concern is valid (you need to either be in shape or bring only essential luggage pieces), it wasn't a problem in our case and we were handsomely rewarded with a most memorable (in the best way possible) experience. ...

「The hotel allows us to have early check in by 9a.m. Thank them for their hospitality. The room is clean, on the top floor, nicely decorated, very stylish yet feeling somewhat pressed cos it is an attic. That is something that let us down. 「The location was the saving feature of our stay. The apartment is located in the old town in a quiet area. The apartment appears nice enough but our bed wasn’t made when we finally checked in. We had ask to check in early (1pm) but left waiting until 3pm outside until a message with the door code was received. Other issues or questions ignored by the WhatsApp contact- no human on site. 「Je ne retournerais pas à cet établissement. Le matelas est terrible, fini, à jeter à la poubelle. Le wifi n’est pas bon du tout. Le soir nous n’étions pas capable d’y avoir accès. Il manquait toujours de l’eau chaude lors d’une seule douche. Pas de rideau pour la noirceur dans la chambre. L’escalier pour monter à l’appartement est extrêmement vieux et sale. L’appartement est bien équipée de toutes choses nécessaires mais il y a beaucoup de manques et de choses à améliorer.」

「Ich weiss gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll, Die Unterkunft war absolut schrecklich! Das Zimmer entsprach nicht unserer Buchung und die Bilder entsprechen auch niemals der Realität. Es ist alles abgenutzt und nicht sauber. Das Kissen war steinhart, da es einfach in einen zu kleinen Bezug gestopft wurde. Nach Rückfrage wurde einfach erklärt, dass es keine weiteren Kissen gibt!! 「Directions to get to the place were good. However, entrance then lots of steps. NO Towels, NO toiletries, half-used toilet paper only, Not a single glass or cup. Lights burnt out. Bathroom is a disaster, SO tiny and cramped! Host communicated through WhatsApp but took a long time to get back to us. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!」
