"We arrived after check in time and it still took an additional 2 hours to get our room. When we started to unpack our bags we found a half eaten pizza in one of the drawers. The front desk staff didn’t seem too concerned about it and said they would let housekeeping know. When we asked for additional toiletries, the housekeeping staff was very rude. Very disappointing experience. "

"Our room had a smoke smell as soon as we opened the door... Probably dirty carpet smell. Then, the toilet has a hair on it. So, I cleaned that. No Air conditioning at all. You have to open a window and bring your own fan. The ceiling in the bathroom has mold spots. Did I mention, NO AIR CONDITIONING? The lobby has character with paintings of famous people that stayed here in the 60s, 70s, 80s... Continental breakfast of muffins was 630 -9 am. We opted for McDonald's. I would not stay here again. "

"The pictures shown of the rooms and breakfast area on Hotels.com are not accurate. The breakfast offerings are very few. There was a toaster but no bread to put in it. Came near the end of breakfast one day and there wasn’t any offerings. The room floor was filthy. The furniture-metal table and chairs-are very uncomfortable and the chairs are sized for a child. But I wanted an in expensive hotel and that’s what I got. I wouldn’t stay there again. "
