"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "I booked this hotel thinking it was near the train station but was about 15mins away. Found it difficult to access as went in to the shopping centre which it is attached to but no signage. The receptionist when we arrived was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. The passes that were included were great as included the busses unfortunately we were not there long enough to enjoy other benefits. Room was great for our needs. "
