「Good value for money. Location is right at the back of Old Bazar. Walking distance to main tourist attractions. The entrance to the hotel is quite awkward though.」

「Some staff were very friendly but my impression was that this was in spite of those in charge who I assume were not interested. So much more could have been made of it with care and attention to detail.」

「In fact, everything was excellent until I found I became a chinese on my receipt. How could it be...I haven't visited china cause we need a visa for the sightseeing. Maybe I should tell the staff that I know this country is macedonia, not greece...or you prefer I say you're a greek?」

「Staff was not helpful」

「Great location and nice breakfast. Room was ok, not sure if the bed should have had another duvet or something, there was only a sheet but was fine for 1 night. Shower was missing a door so would’ve soaked the bathroom if I hadn’t adapted and hand held it, no soap supplied in the room so make sure you take some. Someone entered my room at approx 6am when I was sleeping and startled me, they left when they heard me, that was quite disturbing…. All in all I wouldn’t stay here again but was ok for...

「Great hotel. About 10 minutes walk away from the main square, which suited us as it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was large and the bed was very comfortable.」

「Excellent 」

「在市中心，去景点很方便。前台非常友好，早晨精致。就是停车地点有点远，停车费有点贵」

「Rooms were okay. Breakfast was wonderful.」

「Great hotel, beautiful size room. Really friendly staff and a perfect central location」

「I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, in the very center area but not noisy at all. I would like to recommend to my friends once needed 」

「Excellently located for getting around the city. Friendly staff and good choice at breakfast.」

「I usually not leaving low ratings for anyone but this place was very overrated, expensive food and not very friendly staff. The have place so much emphasis on not necessary and for got the human factor and creating a welcoming environment. That is so sad. I should not be judging based on only one experience but the one experience is what makes a good and best place. In short, we will not be staying there again.」

「This property is not a hotel. It is spacious and well equipped. The owner is very approachable and friendly. There is a big mall nearby and restaurants near the Main Street. The owner and her driver(should you need a ride to the airport) are very nice.」
