Cosy stay

We had a restful stay at Domus Olbia Inn, the aircon, bed and shower was all we needed! Had a TV too for late night cartoons. Other reviews say they were bothered by the closeness to a busy road but honestly with the shutters closed I didn’t hear anything. We couldn’t get the shower head to stay up fully but that’s the only criticism. Beautiful courtyard to eat and relax in too.

Clean and comfortable accommodation

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Our host was friendly and helpful. One complaint is parking, there is none! It’s on street parking only, if available. The description is misleading.

Excellent emplacement, à proximité de la ligne de bus qui dessert l'aéroport, parfait pour arriver ou repartir et bien sûr passer quelques jours à Olbia. Une très jolie cour très propre et calme qui nous fait sentir en sécurité

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal und der Inhaber sind super nett. Fenster sollte man nachts allerdings zulassen, da im Erdgeschoss immer wieder Autos vorbei fahren.

Il titolare è stato poco disponibile fin dall'inizio. Precisando che ho prenotato erroneamente una stanza con prenotazione non cancellabile e che quindi legalmente ha ragione, ho chiamato 5 minuti dopo inizialmente per una modifica, ma esprimendo scocciatura per il fatto che ho prenotato con Expedia, mi ha detto "il tuo riferimento è Expedia". Allora poiché la modifica non era comunque adeguata alle mie esigenze, ho richiesto la cancellazione tramite Expedia (tutto questo entro 20 minuti dall'errore iniziale). Avvisando anche tramite email. Alla email mi è stato risposto "il tuo riferimento è Expedia e comunque non la cancello". A quel punto ho lasciato la stanza a un mio amico che ne aveva bisogno. E ho chiesto al mio riferimento Expedia di avvertire la struttura che sarebbe arrivata una persona invece che 2 e che sarebbe rimasta un giorno in meno. Per rispetto comunque del suo lavoro. Il titolare ha risposto a Expedia "la prenotazione non è cancellabile né modificabile". Al momento del check-in dice "ma io qui ho segnate due persone, non una". Spero che in futuro sia disposto ad ascoltare e ad accogliere i clienti e ad avere voglia di lavorare e non solo di ottenere soldi dai turisti nel modo più pigro possibile. In tutto questo il lieto fine è che il mio amico non ha avuto ulteriori disavventure con questo soggetto. Comunque il prezzo è troppo alto per il servizio e la zona. Alla metà si trova molto di meglio.

Et dejligt sted. Det ligger godt lidt uden for centrum. Ubemandet det meste af tiden, men personalet er meget fleksibelt og hjælpsomt.

Tipp für Olbia

Die Zimmer befinden sich ebenerdig zum Innenhof mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten vor dem Zimmer oder im Hof, sowie im 1.Obergeschoss. Im Raum befindet sich ein Sofa und die Größe passt bestens. Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht, trotzdem gibt es Brot, Marmelade und Süßigkeiten, Kaffeepulver, Tee und Wasserkocher. Die Matratzen sind etwas weich. Es war zum Innenhof sehr ruhig. In maximal 10 Minuten ist man am Flughafen und in der Innenstadt. Es war alles so wie beschrieben und wir würden wieder buchen.

Ok pour un hôtel avant ou après transit aéroport. Attention aux horaires de la réception ouverte seulement à partir de 17h. Le propriétaire n’est pas si accueillant que ce qu’on aurait pu attendre. Les draps ont dû mal sécher avant notre arrivée, d’où l’odeur…

Location: Quiet residential. Bars/restaurants across the road. Bakery and patisserie few mins walk for all your fresh bread and sweet items. Large supermarket is about 10 mins walk. Getting out/about: 5 mins walk from Olbia Terranova and 10 mins walk from Olbia main station and shopping streets. . Coach stop 5-8 mins for buses to Palau, airport, Arzachena etc. Plus local buses to the beaches . The property: courtyard is as pretty as the photos. There's lovely seating areas in the courtyard to have a morning coffee/breakfast or evening drinks. Room: spacious, beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. Check-in: the owner meets you at the property. Lovely person - makes sure everything is ok so you can get settled in. I had a fabulous stay👍👍👍
