Not too shabby

My biggest critique is the number of stains and cigarette burns on all the linens in a non smoking room. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised with the level of cleanliness, all but one staff member was incredibly delightful, and enough hot water and water pressure. I’d stay there again for the location.

One great feature of the property is tgat there are no hidden fees or deposits. Room was clean and bright. Matress was firm and comfortable. TV was small, but had a plethora of channels to choose from.

I liked the price and convenience of the location. The room was not as clean as I hoped. The comforters had stains in them and cigarette burn holes in them. The tub floor was very slick.

Its convenient and affordable for a quick respite, with hot shower. The train tracks are directly behind the parking, and the rescue station is on the same road, otherwise quiet and uneventful. I feel safe here. The bed and linens are clean and comfortable. The tub and shower has been scrubbed. The floors have some missed corners but ive seen and paid for much worse. This was a fountain in the desert on my trip.

Not clean, not very comfortable, hard to find the staff for help. The staff was nice when you finally found them for help. Property looks like an abandoned hotel. Outrageous prices.

Nasty!!!!!! Staff was nice. Manager stated that they are a 3 star and I should not expect a clean room. Asked for clean sheets hotel stated that they changed them and didnt towels were dirty. Men stood outside the rooms and parking lot made us feel unsafe. Never again. Next time Ill just spend the extra money and stay at the holiday inn

I'd asked for a printed receipt the following morning and it didn't give me a total and said I'd paid in cash even tough I paid with credit card. The only charge on my card from the host/facility was for 10.00 for a pet fee I thought I'd paid when booking the room. I looked back on and fee wasn't on original charge so ok with that. I'd informed expedia of two requests when booking. A ground floor room due to disabilities and my cat. Seems neither was passed along or was missed by facility staff. Room had two beds and one had a yellow stained white spread on it. Both me and my cat stayed away from that piece of furniture. Wish TV had a sleep timer function. Staff nice to me at check in.
