We will not stay here again. I booked and paid on Expedia and when I arrived I was asked for driver license and credit card. My birthday was last week and all I had for a license was the renewal paper for my OK RealID, since the actual new one comes by mail. She said they couldn’t take that, company policy. I didn’t bring my passport to OKC and had no picture I’d. I said, I already paid, and she said oh well, you booked thru a third party. Why is that bad?. Finally my husband came and had a picture I’d, why that works I don’t know his name wasn’t n reservation or card. We were given a room with a view of the roof a/c, coincidental??? Room was a little run down. No down comforter. Had to use valet pkg and it was all by text supposedly. Took over 15 minutes for car to come 20 yards. Won’t be staying there for this price plus valet parking cost.

Absolutely horrible, employee front desk rude and aggressive. Caught in lies. Tried to double my charge. Valet parking only and charges you $34. Room was small for upgraded...tv was unplugged. Ac was loud. Still dealing with them having to wait till monday to talk to manager

In no way does my review reflect the service of the employees at this location. They were are very nice and helpful. Now to this review: our room had no hot water in the shower, fortunately, maintenance came and fixed this. There was only 1 working elevator of the 3 until our 3rd day when they were all broken, which is a problem should you be disabled in any way or have a lot of luggage. The bed was not comfortable at all. I do a lot of traveling and this is probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve been on. The location is great, the staff is lovely, and the lobby and sitting area is very nice. The rest needs some TLC immediately.

Floor I was on smelled like a sewer backup. When asking the front about the smell and possibly moving rooms was told it would be checked out. Needless to say it never was.

I booked this restaurant because it included breakfast (at the time I booked it). The person in front desk told me she couldn't see that and didn't want to do anything about it. I ended up paying for my breakfast and the lady was rude and was not cooperative. Very disappointed knowing I could have book a cheaper hotel with buffet included.
