I booked my trip last minute since im traveling. I got to the hotel after 11pm and the front office was closed. I followed their procedure and still no one. I called hotels.com and they said they were going to call someone, but no one showed up. I ended having to buy another room at a different hotel. ALSO, im still waiting on my refund from hotels.com!!! Seems they are taking their time to refund me.

Great for what it was
While there were some hiccups, the staff and management were quick to resolve issues. The staff are really lovely people and I enjoyed chatting with the various folks staying here. The hotel is dog friendly and they loved my pup!

Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot — all hours of the night. Never saw another person working after the night I checked in. I left the hotel between 9:30-10:00 each morning and no one around.

This was clean 5 years ago. Now it should be named Woodskunk Suites. Weed smell from the lobby up to the 4th floor. The entitled dog people are everywhere with their dog barking all the time. I was lucky to get room with only dog hair balls on the floor. My friend change room twice and still got room with roaches and smell of dog piss.

Disappointing Stay
The halls of the property smelled of smoke on all levels and in the stairwells even though it was advertised to be smoke free. We stopped for the night after driving nearly 1000 miles and just wanted a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed. Unfortunately we didnt get that as there must be no insulation between floors and the group above us had a child that ran back and forth in their room for hours and we heard every stomp.

There is no ice machine, only one entrance/exit, the walls/floor are very thin and you have to pay extra for everything (linen "exchange", dishes for the kitchenette, etc). There are also roaches and when I notified the front her response was "pest control" won't be out for a while. There is no pool nor an access to a pool although it was listed as such.

Maintainance man came in while I was sleeping. Forced himself in, didn't knock. Froze all night because heater broken and no one came to fix. Front desk staff rude and ignore you because they have their friends by the front desk. Maid also came in to clean room while I was in shower because she thought I checked out. Staff was mean and yelled at us when we told them about workers walking in and broken heater. Sheets had stains. Found underwear under bed and baby bottle under bed too. Rust in shower. Curtains let alot of light in, couldn't sleep. Don't stay here unless you like being yelled at. Dogs barking all night. Huge dogs running up and down hallway. Didn't feel safe parking car there because many homeless walking around.

Don’t waste your money
Ghetto, ratchet, rude employees. They have roaches and ants. Laundry is raggedy. Pay more and go elsewhere.

The property was a nice place. The ac in my room was extremely loud it was hard to sleep with. We also did not like the morimg of check out how between the times of 9am and 9:30 someone from the front desk was going around banging litteraly banging on doors asking if we were going to check out or wanted more time. Check out time is at 11am and that is very unprofessional we were still alseep and they scared us. We had another room with friends and they said they did not open the door the first time and so that person went back around 10:45 and banging on the door to go check out. I am not sure i would stay therr again.

This property is just off the interstate and seems to have a very LARGE population of monthly rentals vs hotel/short stay guests. They say the property is a non-smoking facility BUT the entrance and hallways all REEK of smoke and marijuana. There is only one entrance and exit for the property which is through the front. All other doors are not accessible from the outside without alarms sounding. The front desk is only available until 7pm at night and they close the desk for shift changes so check-in/out is solely based on their schedule.

It was okay. The walls seemed paper thin, did not get the best nights sleep. We were passing through and needed a place to sleep for the night. I would not stay at this location, we didn’t feel safe.

I had rented the room for two nights but they only made my key for one night. The office area closed at 7pm. I had a problem with a drawer since they had a sink, stove and refrigerator i was looking for a fork, i pulled on a drawer not very hard and it started to come off but it would no longer stay up so it came completely off. The other drawer didnt open either so its like they were glued and im guessing many people tried opening the drawer and thats why it came off

The property has roaches. The place was trashed unclean and drug addicts were all around the property. Police were called, staff was rude unprofessional and uncooperative. I did NOT stay at the property I asked for a refund because it was filthy and unsafe. Expedia still has not given my refund.

Made a complaint to management about the person directly above me. There was continuous stomping & pacing back & forth well past 2am. Management response, It's a hotel. You should expect noise. True, but generally there is a quiet period from 10pm to 8am. Management did nothing as it continued the remainder of my stay, 3 more nights.

Worst experience ever
We arrived around 9 PM and fronr desk was closed. Homeless people were everywhere outside. Finally had to call and have someone come from upstairs to check us in. Got to our room and bed was hard as a rock with 3 super thin pillows. We couldnt sleep for thw man in the hall yelling all night. Finally another guest called the cops at 5 AM and we left. Never again will we stay at one of these hotels.

Hotel was clean. Okay easy to access and even though next to a highway you couldn’t much noise and traffic. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

I had a lot of road noise this stay. Also the people above me were awake and walking around very late. Neither of these were the problem of the hotel. More like my problem.
