The staff were nice. But our room was horrible it smelled bad. The Tv and the Microwave did not work. One of the bed sheets had eyelashes stuck to it. We checked out a day early. We couldn't stay another day. It was horrible.

Upon arrival there was a lot of trash outside! The building reeks of smoke! Our flight arrived late so we tried calling the hotel and there line kept repeating non working number.? There wasn’t any tissue or towels in our bathroom and every time we ask the housekeeping questions they would say no English but we caught her just speaking clear english to a coworker. The kind gentleman at the checkout was the nicest part of that hotel, it’s sad because the place has potential not shabby at all! New management is needed! Breakfast was a plus always hot! The pool area was relaxing!! Nice lobby and breakfast area.

Updated rooms, except the window air conditioners. No smoking allowed, but the first room I got smelled like cigarettes. They did allow me to move right away when I requested. Sketchy area of OKC. No shuttles to the airport - either rent a car or pay for a ride.

The beds were comfortable. The hallways were torn up with trash on the floors, the hotel smelled like pot, the room smelled horribly like cigarettes. They gave us a new room which smelled better but when we went out to dinner and came back it smelled of smoke so I think they just sprayed freshener before giving us the new room. The furniture in the room was broken. The shower curtain was ripped. It was just bad over all

It’s been horrible. Our blankets have stains. When we asked for new blankets the front desk brought us sheets. The walls are dirty with dark hand prints on them. There are stains on the floor. There was hair in the sheets. In all honesty I would love to be refunded for our stay. The elevator doesn’t work properly. So when we took the stairs there were bags of trash stored in there and it smelled ssooo bad!

The staff was friendly and were helpful the best they could be. We booked for a king bed with sofa bed, the original room didn't have the sofa bed. We got the room switched, and then in the new room, the sofa bed was broken. Both rooms, the blankets on the bed had weird burn holes in them. Looked like cigarette burns, even though it was supposed to be non smoking. The walls were gross looking, the peep hole in 1 room was stuffed with straw wrapper, the other rooms door was almost broken off. There was people right by the front door smoking cigarettes and Marijuana. It was just overall not great. The staff was trying to make it better, and they were super nice but it was everything else that just was not great.

The lobby area and dining area was large and nicely decorated. There was a small convience store area for snacks and essentials. The room was large and comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly. There waa good parking and thd hotel was located in a great location.

Checking in i thought i was in a scene from a horror movie. There were kids running around making a whole lot of noises and these were not kids from guest ,these were kids of the cleaning lady. Sheets on the bed dirty,the insirt that was between the sheets that was used to 3 sheet the bed, was dirty as well , shower walls dirty ,torn down shower curtain, room smell disgusting. The area beside the elevator on the second floor had dirty towels and trash piled up. It was like i slept in a bird cage for 1 night . The tv remote did not work . I did not sleep the whole entire night . I left a $tip , but it was because i know someone had to clean up after me . Microwave in the room and a refrigerator that works was a plus ..how can i forget the noisey air-conditioning unit . The hotel need to be renovated, false pics on the internet 😤

not too bad for price but the room was very humid it was difficult to feel clean and comfortable. aside from that the humidity and condensation in the room showed that the room was actually very dirty and dirty feeling the shower curtain was slightly brown and every thing felt a little grimy. I think the humidity makes the room this way… it was so bad the windows had condensation..
