The property is wonderful including staff. The bathroom is very dark. So if you plan on doing your makeup. Bring your own lighting. Other than that it’s wonderful.

The hotel is very new and cozy. We stayed in the Luxury Room for 5 nights with 2 kids. The room is spacious and clean. The decoration of the hotel floors is modern and a comfortable green environment. The rooftop pool has a stunning view over the ocean. Too bad we don't time to enjoy the infinity pool as we have tight schedule. There is a variety of choices for breakfast and it was very good. Staff is all nice and friendly.

到着した時に駐車場の車までスタッフの方が迎えに来てくれ、その後チェックイン時もいろいろな事に対応して頂いた。 朝食もかなり充実していて、味も良かった。夕方のアルコールのサービスの時間帯も1日利用しましたが、こちらも最高のおもてなしでした。 次回も宿泊はここで決まりです。ありがとうございました^_^

丁寧な接客で気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。小まめにご挨拶してくださいます。ハンガーの数が少なくて滞在型には少し不便でした。 お部屋にはIHヒーターがありましたが対応するお鍋やパンはありません。レンジは使えました。

めぐみ

安いホテルってわけでは無いはずですが、朝食を除いて、特に感動するようなホテルではなかったです。部屋の飲み物やおつまみは有料で、それもジュースの蓋を止めているシールが破られたもの(蓋はおそらく未開封)が入ってました。ランドリールームが無料だったのは助かりました。ラウンジも、ほぼ空になった皿がいつまでも置かれていたりでもうちょっと行きとどいたサービスが欲しかったし、朝食の説明も他の卓はされているのに、こちらは紙を見せられてどれにしますか？のみで、よく分からず和食を頼んだら御膳みたいな量がきて、そうと分かってたらビュッフェはあまり取らなかったのになと残念でした。ハーバービューに泊まりましたが、端の方だったので、まあ見えるっちゃ見えるという感じ。総じて普通でした。アメリカンビレッジの周りはゴージャスなホテルが多いので、そちらに目移りしてしまいます。

매주 하는지는 모르겠지만 토요일 저녁에 바다위에서 불꽃놀이를서 객실 테라스에서 편하게 관람할 수 있어 뜻밖에 선물같은 느낌이었어요. 객실 넓고 청결하고 모든 부분 만족합니다.
