上の階の音が…

施設側の問題ではありませんが上の階の宿泊者が深夜までドンドンと音を立てていた為、睡眠の妨げになった。一般のホテルだとそこまで気にならないですがアパートメントは何処も同じ感じかも知れませんね。

宿泊施設自体はお値段も考えて非常に満足出来る場所でした！ ただ、外国人従業員の方の日本語力が足りないです。 駐車場の場所を本当にココに停めていいんですね？っと何度も念押しして聞いたのですが、次の日車を見たら罰金表が貼られていました。 その駐車場のオーナーさんとは話が通じましたので、難を逃れましたが、キンジョさんの外国人従業員が ココジャナイ、ココジャナイ、っとずっと否定ばっかりで謝罪も無く、残念な感じでした。 何度も聞きましたよ？っと言っても否定的と言うか通じてない感じでした。 その他は満足です。

良かったです

Mr.kinjoの別施設を以前に利用したことがあり、大まかなチェックインの方法は分かっていたため、利用開始まではスムーズでした。 過去の口コミにあったとおり、コンセント口は足りないので、私はテレビのコンセントを代用して使用。 バスルームはマンションと同じ洗い場つきで使いやすかった。事前にバスルーム入口横にある給湯スイッチをonにしましょう。それでないとお湯が出ません。 洗濯機は乾燥機能が無かったです。しかしバスルームが乾燥室の役割も兼ねているので、多少不便ですが、雨の日でも洗濯ものは乾かせると思います 周辺はセブンイレブンとスーパーかねひでがあり、かねひでの方が多少近いです。小型スーパーですが品揃えも悪く無かったです。 部屋はワンルーム並みの広さで、小さいながらも2人ぶんの椅子とテーブルもあり、1-2泊の宿泊なら快適に過ごせると思います。壺川駅も近く(改札を出て6-7分ほどで到着)EVもあったので、カートを持ちながら歩くのも苦になりませんでした。自分的にはリピ有りです。 フロントは夜間になると人がいなくなるので、その点は注意してください(今回は20:00までフロントに人がいました)

部屋がカビ臭くて、特にお風呂が相当カビの匂いが酷かったです。。 お部屋も簡易的な掃除だけなのかなと言った雰囲気でした。 残念です。

一人なら最高な部屋！

たまたま安かった日だったのだろうか、子どもと２人で安く泊まれました。 部屋も適度に広く、必要なものはそろってて、とても良かったです。 またあの金額なら、何回でも泊まれそうです。 そのくらいコスパが良かった。 欠点をあげるとすれば、洗面所がベットルームにあること。男女2人の滞在なら、女性は嫌がりそうだ。 あと、コンセント口が少ないなぁ。 でも一人なら最高のルームです！
