Wish we booked more nights here!
As many others wrote the resort is a little old and needs some renovation BUT the room was super clean, spacious and equipped with every possible comfort/amenitie.
The swimming pool is fantastic: huge with an amazing view.
The staff is super kind and helpful.
There is no beach in front of the resort but you can reach the ocean through a stair leading directly into the water.
Good resort hotel with great ocean view from the swimming pool, private beach, and many photo spots in the hotel.
Quiet as it is away from residential area, so the half board plan is a must and complement to the stay as you hard to find restaurants near by in walking distance.
Good food and service, villa style guest room, so spacious in a stand alone building.
The room is huge and comfortable. The pool is great with a well stocked up pool bar. Will be here again.

This property was worth the price point. Beautiful ocean views, new sauna, pool is nice. Restaurant, grounds, decking on the villa and the pool area is questionable and needs replacing. Very very surprised at how pleasant the stay was and how nice the interior of the villa was. Definitely dated, but kept well!
Excellent Choice,
inside renovated room conditon is good, and it is more spacious and wider than other Japanese hotel.
If this is located on the west side shore and Naha, It maybe costs woth of 100,000Yen. Field swimming pool with sea-view has about 30m long. But no restaurant and shop near hotel, you'd better choose 2 meals a day they offers.
GOOD Choice....

Lovely resort, but villa needs a refurb
My husband and I stayed for one night. The staff were really friendly and the villa was spacious and in a great location with a lovely ocean view! We also had a nice dinner and breakfast there.
Unfortunately, our villa (111) needed some maintenance - one of the sinks was broken in the bathroom, the shower door kept getting stuck and the toilet seat was very wobbly. The whole villa was a bit worn with age and use, and needs a refurb.
Saying that, it was fine for a night's stay (we slept well) and despite the need for some TLC, it is a nice resort with a lot of potential! We didn't go in the pool, but the pool area and sauna looked fab! Would recommend it if you're in the area.
I and my husband enjoyed staying at Livemax for 2 nights. We almost didn't want to leave since we liked it so much. I personally enjoyed swimming at the pool seeing the view. We both liked the breakfast and the room which was so private. I highly recommend anyone to visit the resort. My suggestion would be "the special weekend plan/deal." The package deal for 2 nights on the weekend. People might come with the idea. We'll come back someday. Thank you.
It was an absolute blast to stay here. Let's start with improvements and caveats first though. I did feel that it could have used a few more lights at night and while there is a washing machine and dryer, it is outdoors in the open so it may not be the best. However, everything else was EXCELLENT. I chose the cheapest room and it had PLENTY of space similar to my own apartment with a VERY big bathroom. You also have an amazing pool with a view overlooking the ocean and there's even a path that leads to a private beach. As for dining, I chose the Half Board option with breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast tends to be a wonderful buffet, while dinner is a fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine. All of this topped off by excellent customer service makes this an easy repeat stay for the next time I have to work in the area.

it is very isolated resort hotel. there is almost nothing around it. although the facilities are slightly run down and old, it still worth visiting if you are after nature itself and quiet get away from city and crowd. the hotel provide half-board option with breakfast and dinner -- we stayed three nights, and for the first two nights, we almost had the entire hotel to ourselves, and the staff gave us choice of japanese or wetern for breakfast, and prepared dinner course meal (Japanese style with slight touch of western). On the last day, we had many new guests checked-in and had breakfast buffet. The food is generally great, but after four days, I think I had enough. You need a car to get here, and to go to the nearest convinence store, which is about 5min drive away. On the hotel properties, there is no other restaurant, bar operational but vending machines. Even the pool side bar is not fully open. Still we loved our stay because we enjoyed our solitude and used the pool like private one. Hope to see some improved maintenance of the rooms and facilities.
1/10 do NOT recommend. THE WORST BIRTHDAY EVER!!! I am very unsatisfied with my overall stay at this resort…the place was deserted, and the rooms are very much outdated and rundown. I’ve had to move from three different rooms due to poor plumbing, causing the toilet to leak from the pipes in which disrupted my peace. This resort is not at all as advertised and an unfortunate place to spend my birthday. 1 hour & 30 mins drive from the airport, you will definitely need a vehicle to get around. Definitely not a tourist resort I feel like its was more tailored for locals.(Which is fine, & should be advertised as such) If you’re not a fan of Japanese food, I don’t recommend the half board option the western style breakfast was disappointing to say the least.
One satisfactory, is that the staff were very nice and accommodating & did their best to help and understand me being that I am not a local and speak minimal Japanese.
It was extremely humid not only outside, but also inside the apartment. Our passports, which were kept in a fabric travel bag, became damp as if they had been caught in the rain, even thought the bag had stayed in the room the entire time.
In the future, we recommend considering options to address this issue inside the accommodation. Overall, we liked our stay here.
Very disappointed. Everything was worn down. Poor lighting to villas, no mats on lounge chairs, jacuzzi tub didn’t work, ant infestation (with zero food in room), beds hard, worthless pillows, none of the restaurants or bars were open except breakfast room, toilet flooded, had to move rooms. Very disappointed! Has the potential but I would not recommend in its current state.
