　名前は違うけれどMr.KINJOのグループで、部屋の造作、調度品、サービス基準等は良くも悪くも同程度。 　２人用となっているけれど、１人利用が無難だと思う。 　周囲は歓楽街と思われがちだけれど一日中いたって静寂（ただし浴室常時換気はやや気になる音）で治安も悪くなさそう。 　ゆいレールの旭橋まで１ｋｍ弱で、駅に隣接したビルにダイソーの大型店がある。室内に収納用品・調理器具等はないので長期滞在の場合必要に応じて揃えられる。 　チェックインが午後8時までなので、それ以降の遅い到着の場合利用できない。

ベットの寝心地がとても良くなかったです。 沈み過ぎてすごく腰がいたかった。 食器類有料で借りたが　お鍋がIH対応じゃなく 全く使えなかった。

全体的に言うと普通です。安いので妥協できます。 チェックインの場所が違うので、気をつけてください。 お部屋の中、お風呂場、は綺麗なのですが 冷蔵庫の中の汚れが少し気になりました。 綺麗だと思われるタオルが一階に山積みに 置いてあったのですが、わかりやすいボックスなどにいれていただけると、よりわかりやすいかと思います。 また泊まりたいです。この安さなら、妥協できるので、わたしは大丈夫です。またお願いします！

とても清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました！ チェックインが別のホテルに行かなくてはならないのは少し驚きましたが、チェックアウトはポストに鍵を入れる方式だったのでスムーズに出られました。

また利用したい！

駅から徒歩10分ほど。周りはコンビニ、弁当屋、スーパーがあり、とても便利！ 最寄駅の旭橋駅には大きなバスターミナルもあり、観光するには助かります！国際通りにも頑張れば歩いて行けます！お部屋はアパートのワンルームです。あらゆる家電が揃っていて助かりました！洗濯機も無料なので長期滞在には大変有り難かったです！ １つマイナスなことだったのが、エアコンのフィルターがほこりまみれだったので自分で掃除しました笑。でもまた利用したいと思いました^_^

快適ですが、少し改善点があります。

地理位置还不错，楼下左拐就有全家便利店。房间空间还可以，比想象中的要小。 虽然有洗衣机，但是没有提供洗衣粉。还是得自己去买，有点鸡肋。 楼下右拐就有一家洗衣店和烘干店，还是挺方便的。 洗濯機があるんですが、洗濯剤がないです。ちょっと不便ですね。 それに、歯磨き粉の着替え方も不明です。 フロントのチェックイン時間は16時～21時のみなので、要注意です。

ウイークリーマンション

ホテルと言うよりも、１ROOMマンションの方がしっくりくる。 新築なので清潔感はすごくあるし、トイレ・バスがセパレートなのも良い。 フロントが常時いないので不便なところもある。 ベッドのマットはかなり柔らかいので、腰の悪い人にはおすすめ出来ない。 駐車場は無いが、周辺（少し歩く）には24時間で最大600円のコインパーキングがいくつかある。
