"For a newer hotel and what I thought was an upper level hotel, I was a little disappointed. Carpet needs replaced and there were interior areas that needed repair. The next day after arriving late the night before, we were looking forward to sleeping in. The maid working our floor was talking extremely loud on her cell phone while cleaning. It was so disrupting at one point that I opened my door to see if there was a problem. She was standing in the hall next to my door talking on her phone. After closing the door I heard her laugh loudly. I’m not sure if she was laughing due to her call or if she thought my look of shock was funny. Either way it was very frustrating and made it impossible to relax let alone sleep. Bare minimum as far as food and snack options. I guess I am a bit spoiled with expecting breakfast options. The tv had hdmi hookup, however the setup screen wasn’t available to set it up. For us this was a negative situation b/c we enjoy watching Netflix and Paramount. For the rate of the room, I guess I was hoping for more. "

"My husband and I use this hotel as a getaway from our busy lives. The rooms are dark, cool, and so quiet. You can’t ask for a friendlier and more professional staff. We have stayed in hotels in several states and this is one of the most professional establishments we’ve stayed in. Good breakfast (with real eggs 🙂), 5:30 pm Kickback with a full spread of comfort food, Drinks, and adult beverages if that is your thing, and it’s all included with your room price! We mentioned to one of the ladies at dinner that it was our 24th wedding anniversary and she brought us a bag of snacks, drinks, and a card! The next morning at breakfast, we had a lovely conversation with the general manager, who treated us as though we were old friends. We will always seek out a Drury Hotel wherever we travel. You will not be disappointed if you stay here, and if for some crazy reason you are, I have no doubt they will make it right!"

"This place is an absolute hidden gem. For the price, the cleanliness alone was impressive, but what really stood out was the incredibly friendly staff who made the whole experience even better. We visit the area several times a year and have stayed at multiple properties, and this one easily tops them all. It’s now our go-to spot. Highly recommend staying here. Plus, they’re pet-friendly without hitting you with those ridiculous huge fee their pet fee is very fair, which is a rare and welcome bonus."
