The bathroom was a little small, especially the shower, but it was clean. The only seating in the room was on the bed, but for the amount of time we spent the room, it was fine. We did have our own patio with a table & chairs.

We were located in a building across the street from the ocean-side accommodations. Non-ocean view actually means across the street from the ocean-facing building. That was not clear in the listing. In addition, the walls were extremely thin and the rooms were very small. Noise from outside and other guests carried into the room and light came in under the door. There was no hook or interior security to prevent anyone with a key from entering the room. As previous reviews mentioned, no chair or desk. No room to do anything other that be in the bed or the bathroom. No closet- clothes/jackets were hung on an expandable bar next to the bathroom that I ran into whenever going in/out of the bathroom. The coffee machine was in the basement - none in the room. Just know what you’re paying for.

This was my first time to Maine celebrate my anniversary this place was charming and sweet and safe during the pandemic everyone was following the rules wearing masks and staying apart the breakfast in the morning the grab and go or awesome everything about this place was just perfect I wish it was open all year round

Great location. If you decide non ocean view you are in a separate building, have very small rooms without room enough for a side chair or closet, and have to cross a street for the breakfast.

The property is situated right in the middle of all that is happening, so that is great. Our only complaint was that there was no chair or "desk" type area in the room. If we were in the room for anytime beside sleeping, there was no where to sit but on the bed. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay!

The website does not reflect the housing you have available with water view at all. I was booked into the cottage due to that and was able to upgrade to water view across the street. Maybe other views of what you have available would be better then just the cottage. Very nice stay, clean and friendly!

PROS: Great location, clean, updated room. Love that it’s in front of the water or the Inn is across the street. Walkable to everything. Pool and hot tub area was small but nice too with a lot of outdoor sitting areas scattered around property. CONS: Could use a few more breakfast items besides the same daily muffins & coffee (although coffee was good & fresh). Rooms are VERY tiny in the Inn esp for $300/ night. Thank goodness we weren’t in it much. Can’t comment on their motel property across the street since I didn’t see the rooms.

Excellent property with views of the ocean. Everything is in walking distance, great restaurants on either side of the building and across street. Room was in excellent condition and extremely clean, bed was very comfortable. Will definitely go back!

we stay here every chance we get. the staff is friendly (and very helpful), the rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub are fantastic, and it’s in the perfect location. they even let us leave our car parked there for a few extra hours after check-out while we enjoyed the beach for one last day. love the sea chambers!

Great stay at the Inn

The upkeep on the rooms and buildings is impeccable. The property is nicely maintained with well groomed lawn and flower beds. Room was a little small for the king bed, not much room to move around. The front desk surprised us with a bottle of wine when they found out it was our anniversary. Enjoyed our stay.

Was no disappointed!

Room was very clean as were the grounds. Check in and Check out were extremely easy and quick. The location is perfect for walking to the shops or the beach as you are in the heart of downtown. I will certainly book again!
