「The overall unit was half crap cleaned. They weren’t disgusting, but most surfaces had a film or dust all over them. It felt like a kid cleaned it. The bed sheets had cigarette burns in them. It was a no smoking room. The mini fridge didn’t work. The WiFi stopped working completely during our stay and didn’t work for the remainder of it. Staff were very friendly. Overall it wasn’t horrible but it isn’t as nice and clean as the pictures show. 」

「We had to move rooms after we found food in the fridge. Breakfast not great. It was Ok for overnight stay. If you are charging for pet a clean room is expected.」
