The customer service is beyond amazing, two rooms on each floor so it’s not overcrowded and conveniently located close to shops and train stations. When we visit again will definitely book and do recommend.

The hotel was clean and safe. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Convenient store (7eleven) was accross the street. - the room had no sunlight through the window, which was a major drawback during the stay. - a bit far (15min walk) to Ginja area - no gym, swimming pool, restaurant - if you would stay for a long period, definately alrecommend. However, for a short term stay, I would recommend to stay in a hotel which offers accomodations and is closer to Ginja area

"Nice welcome from the staff and friendly throughout stay. Pleasant meal in the evening. Good baths / rotenburo. Doesn’t seem to be much in the immediate vicinity. Used the hotel as a stopover during a long cycle ride."
