Back entrance was supposed to be locked and require a card to open. It was unlocked the entire time I was there and could not even be closed all the way. Cold wind leaked through the heater/air conditioner when it wasn't running. Landscaping around the building was in terrible shape. Mattress was were so worn out that I rolled to the middle and sank down.

We will not be back.
This hotel feels very dated and it was not clean. Floors were dirty and hotel furnishings are visibly "well worn". No blankets on the beds or anywhere in the room, just a light coverlet that is more like a heavy sheet. The towels are small and thin. The staff seemed perfectly competent, when we could find them.

Room entry lights didn't function. Bathroom floors were obviously not cleaned after the previous guest because there were brownish liquid stains on the floor (coffee, tea, blood?). There were no bath towels, just 2 sets of hand towels and wash cloths. Bath/shower faucet fixtures were partially detached, twisted, and parts were broken off. When I tried to turn the faucet on, no water came. I had to manipulate the faucet fixture to finally get some water to come, but there was no water pressure and the water wasn't hot. So, I had to take a luke warm shower under a dribbling shower head and then dry off with a tiny hand towel. General observation of hotel condition, lots of slap-dash repairs and maintenance work like painting the walls but being too lazy to tape off the signage and horrible caulking work. Definitely will not stay here again.

I didn’t like my stay. The blankets are so thin I was cold. Pillows were awful too. I asked for another blanket and pillow they said they don’t have extras which is odd. Breakfast was nasty. The shower - water came out from too and bottom and toilet ran all night. I would not stay here again.

Too many chances...
I've given this hotel lots of chances... but I've stayed there for the last time. A couple of weeks ago, we stayed in a room where the shower faucet was hanging on by a thread... barely usable. Come back a couple of weeks later to book the same type of room. We booked a suite with 3 people... never could get them to give us more than 2 towels at the same time. We had to go request another towel everyday. We stayed for 4 nights, you'd think after several requests, someone would get the memo. Speaking of the towels... they are terrible. Cheap, thin and ragged - no kidding... they're falling apart. Almost completely worthless. The bed in our room had a sheet on it... no blanket. The room is too hot with the AC off...but freezing with it on and no actual comforters or blankets anywhere. 4 nights... they didn't have spare toilet paper in the room and never refilled it even though they were coming in and "servicing" the room each day. The general look of the hotel is not great. Looks like it's constantly under some sort of construction (elevators). Breakfast... don't even bother. Never again. The staff is really nice, but there's another La Quinta about 100 yards from this one... go there.

Not bad, but below average. AC control on wall not connected so you have a window unit. It didn’t cool well. Wet towel that was folded and supposedly ready to use. Shampoo but no body soap or body wash. Poorly done Sheetrock patch in bathroom. People working were very nice, but facility below average

Staff helped us out. We were needing an outside outlet to plug in the ice cream truck. The she took the time to find one for us also looked for another location to see if there was one. I did not get her name. She was the overnight staff. Super friendly!!!

The AC unit was obnoxiously loud and there was no way to silence it unless you turned it off. Then every time the room next door used their bathroom it made a loud noise that kept waking me up all night. The room itself was large and clean but I don’t think we will be staying at this hotel again.

The property has become very old and outdated. Housekeeping didnt clean the room when we asked and only once brought in some clean towels. i left garbage in the hall because no one would pick it up. We were disappointed and will not be using this hotel again.

I was fairly disappointed in our stay at this hotel. While the location is great, that’s about the only good thing I have to say. The elevator was dated and broken on the inside, the stairwell smelled like cigarettes, the doors didn’t shut properly, there were cracks in the walls, the showers were dirty… just not great at all. Our first room didn’t even have running water! Very disappointed in our stay.

This LaQuinta could use some refreshing. The common areas were nice but our room needed work. The sheets and towels were older but functional. The breakfast was adequate. Fortunately, the bed was very comfortable.

Rude “Manager”
Manager was very rude! I was going to pay with my CashApp card she advised she didn’t accept it. When I advised I would pay cash then she stated they didn’t take cash. I handed her my bank card she said she needed a major credit card. I advised I didn’t have one, she was so rude about everything. She knew we were from out of town, I asked if my parents could pay over the phone using her card she advised they needed to be present. Luckily my parents were in town eating dinner. Rooms were so hot, our ice machine didn’t work on the floor we were on. Manager was ugly and very unprofessional! I’ve stayed in several hotels never treated the way she treated us. I will NEVER stay at a La Quinta in no matter what town I am in. She ruined it for me!

Not happy!
There is two La Quinta hotel side by side. One is brand new and the other is older remodeled hotel. All the pictures are of the new hotel but they book you in the old hotel. Room where new but the stairs where stained and dirty. It took a long time to get hot water (only luke warm). Also was a no smoking room but smelled like someone smoked in it.

Run down and no water pressure
I reserved a room with Single King Size bed. They gave my reserved room to someone else. Gave me a room with 2 queens instead. The room is in terrible condition. Shower had mold in upper corner where pain/Sheetrock was split for a couple feet. Shower. Had little to no pressure, just a weak stream/trickle.
