Dom Aktera

Hotel niezwykle klimatyczny i pięknie urządzony w stylu filmowym. Idealny dla minimalistów i miłośników kina. Szalenie miła i pomocna obsługa. Obiekt położony z dala od centrum, ale w dobrym miejscu pod względem komunikacji. Łatwo dostać się stamtąd do centrum Odessy (tramwajem 18 albo marszrutką 185). W pobliżu sklepy, a do najbliższej plaży ok. 10 minut spacerem (morze widoczne z okna hotelu). Plaża Arkadia położona ok. 4-5 przystanków dalej. Pobyt bardzo udany! Przed podróżą miał miejsce dziwny incydent, a mianowicie skontaktował się ze mną przedstawiciel pewnej ukraińskiej firmy w celu weryfikacji moich danych - prosiłabym o kontakt ze mną, bo chciałabym tę sprawę z Państwem wyjaśnić.

Fabulous..I've stayed in Odessa before at a 5 star hotel..which did have great service also ..but this hotel I enjoyed and the suit was fantastic .Great hotel..Great service ..would recommend to everyone...

Not Pleasant

This was advertised as a 'hotel' however t is a B & B as it is 9 apartments converted from a home. Priced as a 4 star hotel, it was in a quiet area with nice grounds and while the room small it was clean and tastefully done. The problem as follows. The window went the entire length of the room about 15 feet. There were cheap blinds and covering it was curtains with only minimal resistance to the light. The photos show otherwise. In Odessa sunrise at 5:00AM on that side which meant no sleep.The a/c unit was an in room mini split which I always seek out but a brand I had never seen.I set the unit at 17 degrees C and the temperature at my bed stood about 22.2C (72F) the entire night (I keep a digital thermometer), which was not comfortable for me, besides the fact that the unit has this big blue light on it that illuminates the room while it is running. I literally got no sleep and when I checked out the next day I paid a ridiculous amount of money for the privilege of a sleepless night and having my Saturday ruined while having to find another hotel. When you pay good money for what is labeled a 3.5 to 4 star 'hotel', I make certain assumptions which in this case were incorrect. Once again the staff was good about it and even dropped me at my new hotel, but I felt violated after paying all that money. Poor experience. I checked out early.Staff was nice
