Unexpected Discovery

Having checked a number of hotels for our business trip, we have decided to try Bon Apart, which fully met our expectations (and, in some instances, even exceeded). While the hotel itself was rather difficult to find in the absence of any obvious signage on a tall residential building, it was easily accessible. Would recommend it for anyone staying close to Arcadia (party time!) or the beach.

Отель занимает второй этаж в жилом доме, совсем недалеко Аркадия. Тихо, спокойно, уютно. Поселили сразу, провели, показали номер. В номере мебель и сантехника достаточно новые, ухоженные. Кровать большая, удобная. Уборка в номере и смена полотенец (90% из них новые или в хорошем состоянии) ежедневно. Единственное замечание - окно и подоконник нужно бы помыть, но это мелочи). Смело могу рекомендовать

Wonderful room and staff/service

Amazing and friendly staff and service. The apartment was terrific...modern kitchenette, lots of storage, very modern bathroom, and separate bedroom with fantastic and comfortable king size bed. I recommend to any visitor wanting to stay in the Arcadia area of Odessa. Thank you Bon Apart hotel.

It’s a redo

You cannot beat the location. Customer service was very professional and very kind. They were available 24 hours and even ordered me a taxi at 4 AM for my flight. Will likely stay here again

Can not recommend, cheap cosmetic build.

Water damage, mold, terrible smell, worn out furniture, tv didn’t work, paper thin walls (you can hear the toilets flush in other rooms across the hall), no view, no parking, hard to find entrance and, no services (baggage, restaurant, shop). This is comparable to a 1950’s one star motel. The build was a cheap cosmetic build where only the photos look good. Once you arrive you will see, hear, and smell the reality. I started looking for a new hotel right away and left after 2 hours.

Excellent hotel and value

Excellent hotel. Large space, very clean, very nice staff. Only negatives: poor soundproofing (can hear neighbours), and hard to find as not signposted (as it is in a large apartment complex also residential).

beautiful quality room

The spacious marble shower is of the kind that you can only find in luxury 5 star hotels. Same about the high quality bed. Very nice quality room. Only a bit strange is the entrance, it is on the second floor of a 20 floor appartement building across the OK odessa hotel . Need a good search for the tiny entrance door.

Great apart-hotel near beach, 10 minutes from city

This hotel-apartment is great if you want to spend a few days near the beach. The staff at the reception were always very helpful and could all speak english. The reception is located on the second floor and you have to dial 200 on the "main" entrance at the bottom of the building to get access to the building. So it can be a challenge to find it. However, my taxi driver called the reception before we arrived and someone was waiting at the building entrance to help with the luggage (even though it was after midnight!). The apartment had a fast WLAN, a small kitchen (with Microwave-oven, stove, pans, cuttlery) and even a washing-machine. The bathroom was very big and the bed very comfortable. The hotel does not offer breakfast though. There is however a supermarket on the opposite side of the street and different restaurants in the vicinity.

Helpful staff; excellent value.

Andrew, the clerk on duty when I arrived, went out of his way to guide me to the hotel and then to an underground parking space (I was travelling with a vehicle loading with my possessions). Overall he was very accommodating. It is a quiet, small hotel in a modern building, with tasteful decor.
